Review 1：Very bad start when we arrived. The reception man needs to learn much more about service to guests. It's really bad to arrive and want to check in and be in the middle of it when a German family suddenly arrives. The receptionman says "moment" to us and starts to help them instead. Very unfriendly and bad. No "excuse" or anything. If we would have had another place to stay we would have left immediately. It's very difficult trying to talk to anyone who only knows 2 words of English. All staff at Ferienpark Usedom you need to take English classes and service classes if you want tourists from other countries than Germany to stay!!
Review 2：Very Nice and modern apartment BUT it doesn't matter when the staff can't/ don't want to help you.
