Review 1：Perfect location - 1 min walk to the Dom, 7 min walk to the Rathaus and Christmas Market. Very quiet place. I've got a little balcony in my room looking into a garden, so I've heard only birds singing, no other sounds.

Review 2：This was a superb hotel in the heart of Augsburg, literally one tram stop to the square and town centre - or in easy walking distance. The staff were amazing, so warm and obliging. I arrived in Augsburg with an injury from a fall and the staff couldn't have been more caring and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and all the drinks in the bar fridge were complimentary which I found an absolute treat. Breakfast was also superb and included in the price. Overall, I would highly recommend this Hotel, a 10 out of 10 in my view.

Review 9：Parking was a nightmare given there was no street parking due to city building/renovation work. Despite booking parking, which I expected to pay for, it was free for all which meant it was always full. Not really the hotel's fault but having made a specific booking for parking I would have expected to have been told the situation, not least as I contacted the hotel about the building work.

Review 11：No one told us that the town was being rebuilt - access was really difficult as roads closed all around. Room was high up - only stair access - which was hard work with luggage. No help offered

Review 13：It's a shame you can't reserve a parking space out the front as we had bikes on the roof so it was just a pain to have to unload them to park the car in the basement. The staff were very helpful though, it was just disappointing we weren't able to get a space without the hassle.

Review 16：Lovely big clean room with excellent immaculate bathroom. Our room even had a small balcony with table and chairs which was great as the weather was warm. Our welcome was very friendly and helpful which was good as we had arrived late due to problems with our motorbike. We were too late to swim in the pool but enjoyed a quick dip the following morning before breakfast. The pool is small but clean and a great facility. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance and we were recommended an Italian one by the receptionist which had very good food and atmosphere. We also enjoyed the breakfast - plenty of choice. All in all this is an excellent family hotel which I have no hesitation in recommending.

Review 17：Thank goodness the beer was cold because this hotel, wonderful as it is, has NO AC! It probably wouldn't matter except Germany was having an unprecedented hot spell (100+ degrees) and AC would have been a godsend when we were there

We had a balcony, not much of a view, but a pleasant place to sit with a free beer and try to cool off on an extremely hot August afternoon..Indoor parking is behind the hotel, but is rather tricky to find and you have to get the garage key in order to park.Staff was wonderful.Great art (modern) in the public spaces

Review 34：We loved this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful especially when our hire car had a puncture. They made the phone calls for us to get it sorted with the hire company. How many hotels have you ever stayed in where the drinks in your room fridge are free!! Excellent breakfast, swimming pool and comfy rooms. Couldn't fault it.

Review 35：All was fine but reception could have had a cheerier and more relaxed attitude.A large town along romatic road. In retrospect would have stayed in a smaller village like Donauwurth (excuse spelling) and of course ROthenberg. Dom was difficult to get to from the south and our gps took us right through the centre with trams and traffic and one way streets and no-go areas. quite scary even for a city driver

Parking was available in the hotel car park (this could get full). There was also a nice swimming pool available. The city centre of Augsburg was only a short walk away. Breakfast was good. Thou next to a busy road there was no noise in the room and we got a good nights sleep.

Review 40：A beautiful, modern hotel. The free mini bar was a lovely gesture . I requested a balcony and we were so happy that we could sit out and listen to the choir sing in the nearby church. Parking was a little tight but reception held the key incase the car needed to be moved.

Review 41：Stayed in the top floor room which was very comfortable and felt very Scandinavian in style. They've got a small pool (didn't use it). Parking in front of hotel is fine, they also have a secure garage at rear. Very close to Cathedral, fuggerei and city centre.

Review 43：- Attic room with a balcony and a wonderful view of the Dom. - The family Jllig which runs the hotel are proud of their tradition of hospitality and give a personal touch to their interactions with all guests. - All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

Review 44：Beware of parking situation. Even if you pre reserve, the garage could be full, which happened to us on our second night. The staff covered our city parking charge which was nice but we did have to move the car off property.

The breakfast buffet was full of choices and the wait staff replenished everything in a hurry to make sure there was always enough. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Augsburg!

Review 48：Maid knocked on the door at 8:30 in the morning so you need to put out do not disturb sign if you enjoy a bit of a lie in. Augsburg was not our favorite German city - I believe much of it was bombed in the Second World War so the historic character is somewhat lacking.

Review 54：All of Bavaria needs the equivalent of the Americans with Cisabilities Act and as my group was older some needed an elevator. This hotel had an elevator but has rooms on half floors so you mat need to get off elevator and go up or down half flight of stairs. If you need full access to elevator you should specify floor with full elevator access and no steps.

Review 55：Nice rooms that you could do more than turn around in, good breakfast, great parking. Reception staff most helpful. Short walk to all the important points of interest but also on the tram line. Not luxurious but everything up to date and well maintained. Off Main Street but still has some street noise I recommend it with one caveat on elevator if you are older or handicapped.

The parking place isn't enough for all the cars and the staff just said that there was a public garage (10 euros per night).We discovered that it was possible to park on the street (0 euros from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m....).
