Review 1：We thought we had booked the room with breakfast and found out the rate did not include breakfast. We were disappointed as the rate went up substantially with breakfast. We chose not to pay the extra. There are no restaurants nearby so we went without.

Review 43：In my opinion, it is worth replacing a carpet on a floor with softer - even for the adult very rigidly. The system of windows demands repair - at a strong wind inconveniently (blows and it is noisy).But it isn't critical. As a whole the hotel is justified by the four star.

Review 44：The hotel is located near the big remarkable park with century trees. Very much the climate control system in number was pleasant. Katharine's separate thanks, Hanne for the surprise organization on birthday of my husband. To the historical center and shops on foot 15-20 minutes, by tram of 2 stops (a tram stop opposite to hotel). Breakfasts didn't use - ate in the city (many good cafes with coffee and baking)

Review 45：Location is not issue for me since I was driving mycar. If you are traveling by train, hotel location is bit far from station and city center. But if you once stayed this hotel, I am sure that you will be very satisfied.

Review 46：There is not interesting place near by except park. This hotel is however one of my best hotel until today even I was staying mainly in five star hotels. Staff, Room facility with valcony, cleaness, nice breakfast,,,everything is very very good with very reasonable price. If similar drint hotel will be there in my future destination, defenately I will choose it.

We stayed on 9th floor with a beautiful scene. Breakfast room was nice and the breakfast was satisfying. We were very satisfied with the hotel.

Superb staff met our every need, room was cleaned properly, and replenished daily and upon request. Fantastic view of Augsburg and parking was a breeze. We stayed at the Dorint on our final leg of a four day celebration of our 17th anniversary and this was by far the best of the best for all around goodness and relaxation for our trip. My wife was so impressed we will plan on being back again and again.

Review 56：The hotel is one of the tallest buildings in the city. It is a unique design and easy to spot when traveling around Augsburg. The hotel is a short walk from the tram line and public transportation is reliable and easy to use.

Review 57：Everything was an added cost. Breakfast, parking, dogs, Wifi.... Breakfast ends at 11am Monday to Saturday, but by 1030am, the staff had cleared away 90% of it, then the staff lectured us about coming late (again, we still had 30 minutes) and we quickly ate Jogurt and Müsli. I should not have to think I should arrive for breakfast 1hr before its over.

The staff were excellent, spoke really good English and werevery well informed.I was staying here for a conference at Messe Augsburg, which is about 15 minutes away, but I was glad that I chose to stay in town. There are loads of really nice bars in the old quarter, which is about 15 minutes in foot.

The hotel staffall speak excellent English and could not be faulted on their customerservice. The rooms are bright and spacious and everything works. Despitethe size of the hotel the manager could be seen regularly personallyinteracting with guests. It is easily possible to walk to and from therailway station. The walk to the old town centre is 15 minutes.
