Review 1：There is something odd with the heater, some times is was really good, some times it didn´t work... The heater in the bathroom was broken and we told the girl in the frontdesk and she told us that she was going to see was going on, when we get back the room heater was doing really good and the bathroom heater was still broken, we tell her again and she said "aaahh too bad...." The refrigerator didn't got cold at all, so we took our water bottles out side of the bathroom window because is was like 1 degree celsius.

Review 2：The location is really good, the rooms are really clean and they make them smell really good, like brand new. Everything you need in the bathroom they have it. Really good breakfast. Nice combination lock for the front door in case you want to party all night.

Review 7：Everything is very close to the hotel: the the ski lift,the restaurant, the ski rent, the bus station. The staff is helpfull.

Review 8：The staff hardly speaks english and were very not informative. The room wasn't so clean when I got there. The ski lockers are at a ship near by and there isn't a sauna or massage at the hotel or nearby as stated. it was a great disappointment not to have these faceilities on site after a day of skiing. The Wi Fi didn't always work at the room.

Review 15：Location is very good. About 100 meters from Funicamp. And ski-lockers(free of charge, in Everest rental) are even closer (literally 20meters). Breakfasts are ok (even fresh fruits were available sometimes)

Review 16：´The staff was wonderful, very helpful in everything that went bad in my stay. My daughter got ill, and I recevied a lot of help from the staff. The transfere bus, that should pic up us att half past four in the morning, didn´t stay and picked us up as was ordered. But the hotel receptionis, which I had to wake up so early in the morning, did all he could to help us in this extrem situation. He contacted the bus company and made sure that they came and collected us, so that we didn´t miss our flight. Tanks so much for all your help. I can recomend the hotel for everyone that want a economic stay and very personal greeting. The staff are very friendly and down to earth. The breakfast is lovely, and very good. If you hire skiisport equipment, you do it across the street (20m) and from there it´s just 15-20 m to the big funicamp, that will take you up to the top of the skiing resort. I will sure come back.
