Review 1：standard rooms are very small, not comfortable. it was winter when i stayed there and the heating was not working so i changed my room to an apartment. i recommend apartments. it was spacy and comfortable.

Review 2：Room rates could be lower, or parking could be free of charge.

Review 11：It is a good 3 star hotel, for a reasonable price, it is about 10 min walk from the centre of Brno. Change towels every days.

Review 12：Staff is not helpful or polite in any way. Bed is uncomfortable, worn. Room is small. Breakfast is not served before 7 o'clock (I tried to get something at 6:50am). No secure car park. Very hard to get there by car.

Review 14：The location was great, near enough to the centre but still quiet. Several good cafes in the same street especially the Junk food cafe which was great for vegetarians and vegans. The room was actually an apartment for 4 with 2 separate bedrooms a kitchen and bathroom but with breakfast provided we didn't use the kitchen much. Breakfast included breads cakes cereals fruits salads cold meats as welll as hot meats and eggs.

Review 15：We had a rodent in one room but changed to another, but all rooms were very smelly. The slightly out of the way location makes this a 'not to repeat' despite the excellent staff.

Review 17：Quite expensive hotel by such price, especially in such location. I didn't really need a suit but it was the only one available when I book it. The price is way too much based on the standard of the hotel. The location is a bit tricky as well, can't really tell from the map it's located down the hills, so I got off from the old town and walked to the hotel with huge suitcase. It was quite tricky to manage when I was walking down the deep slope.

Review 22：The staff were very helpful, with great English. Rooms were large with very comfy beds, all the rest of the facilities including breakfast were high quality. The hotel is well located just a few minutes walk from the city centre and trams. We felt safe and comfortable, including allowing our 14 year old to go back to the room on his own. Staff on breakfast work really really hard, give them a pay rise!

Review 25：Car parking experience was very upsetting. Hotel staff insisted for our car to be parked in a narrow, stackable cage, which I need to even remove my tiny VW Gold antenna in order to park. The height of the cage is less than my height. I am a petite Asian of 1.54 meter!!! This is despite plenty of spacious parking lots. She ignored our protest and insisted that becos my car was a small 5-door hatch back, I am only allowed this miserable rat hole. Parking per night, whether it is spacious or this rat cage is 10 Euro. There was no advance notice to guest about the size of the parking. Hence she decides on the spot to discriminate against small car and petite driver. Whether this is specific discrimination to Asian women, only heaven would know.

Review 26：The room well kept and functional. Night staff helped to fix broken curtain.

Review 27：Very little negative about this hotel. I suppose I wouldn't be rushing down to get the breakfast. Prices are very cheap in Brno so can get food anywhere anytime. That's all.

Review 28：The location is excellent. Wifi was great. The room was very clean. Nice having the fridge as weather was very hot. Also nice having the fan. Beds were comfortable and hotel provided a second pillow when I requested one. Staff were very friendly. I would stay again.

Review 29：The only thing I could identify would be the lack of air conditioning. However, the two rooms we were in were wlll shaded and even in the 28-30 degrees heat while we were there, the electric fan provided was more than adequate

Review 30：De luxe rooms on both of our visits were excellent. I room was twin beds and ensuite as requested, the other the same with 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Very tidy and clean with good breakfast / breakfast room. Ideally placed for exploring the old town and a short 5 minute 100 CKR to the rail station. All staff were good especially the three receptionists who spoke good English and booked our taxis (just as well as Czech language is a big challenge for us).

My room was in 5th floor while there is no elevator after 4th floor . 2.The heating system of this 3 star hotel didn't work in 5th floor (in February) and they gave my an electrical heather . 3.Tiny room with just one window on ceiling. 4. Review 51：Good for companies traveling together, three beds in a room, full-featured kitchen. Located in 5 minutes walk from railway station and in-between 2 most prominent sights in the city (though a little bit down the hill so you will need to climb up to get into the city center).

Review 72：The hotel is set in a quiet area, close to both the cathedral and the castle, just a couple of minutes' walk from Silingrovo namesti tram stop. The area is quite hilly. The hotel staff are all pleasant and welcoming, the rooms and public areas clean, well furnished. We weren't expecting our room to have a kitchen, but it did, which was a bonus. Beds were comfortable, rooms pleasantly warm, bathroom fine. Breakfast was very good. All in all, no problems at all, and I'd recommend the Cyro.

The hotel is quite close to the centre of town (about a 10 minute stroll) but far enough away to still be in a quiet residential area. Our room turned out to be a suite with a hall/ wardrobe area, bathroom off this, then a separate kitchenette and dining area ,and then through another door a sitting area with very comfortable chairs and sofa and a fine sleeping area in one large room.

We ordered "excellent" room for 4 people, but we got double bed for two people and fold-out sofa for another two. Fold-out sofa is not a bed. We ordered for four people, but we came only three. But if we was a four person, we couldn't sleep normally. We want to change room at first night, but they didn't have another room on the first day.
