Review 1：Frau Hormann (Hermann?) was not friendly or helpful at all! We arrivedfrom the us in the morning and had to wait for available rooms past 2pm. She didn't even make the least effort to see if any rooms werealready available. I had to ask her at about 2:15 pm if the rooms wereready even though she knew we were sitting there waiting. Not areceptionist for a hotel like yours.

Review 5：Bedding, particularly the pillows, still smell of smoke even though we had a non-smoking room. Our room was also directly above the outside seating area for smokers. We couldn't open the windows without having smoke from below.

Review 9：The price was too high for what we got: the hotel looks a bit old, the room wasn't really clean (dust on the snack tins and small stains on the bathroom walls), two single beds instead of a big one, no Wi-Fi although we paid for it, no parking (the hotel parking has only 8 slots and is directly on the street).

Review 12：It was a good location for our trip. A lift in the building was a bonus. Breakfast was good. It was a very basic room, but for the price it makes sense.

Review 13：The rooms are very spacy and clean. It's not a luxurious hotel but you will be very satisfied. And it takes 5 minutes on foot to get to the most important places in Augsburg. Great breakfast choice.
