Review 1：Staff appear to be disinterested in welcoming guests. Attached restaurant not open. I recognize this is not the hotel's fault but would have liked to have been made aware.

Review 2：Room is clean and comfortable. Lobby is welcoming.

Review 3：Booked a room for 4 and were given a room with one bed and one pull out couch. Had to make 2 calls to get sheets and pillows so we could sleep on the pullout. Continental breakfast was pretty basic compared to most we have had in the past. Not a very clean hotel .

Review 4：Convenient to airport. Free shuttle service. Secure car lot for up to 28 days with two nights stay - we stayed one night at beginning and one night at end so that we would be fresh for the drive to our home.

Review 5：Room was changed for Smoking but lost the suite. Though it took an hour waiting in lobby to get a new room... Tub hot water didn't work first night of stay, but was fixed. Weird odor on arrival that oddly wasn't there next day. Family with kids stayed, but only adults get breakfast voucher~? We passed, as what's the point.

Review 6：Vending machines are well priced. Parking rate very reasonable. Close to a hit restaurant call Zets. Fast Internet.

Review 7：Breakfast is totally not nutritious and coffee is just black water. Alsothe hotel definitely charges a pet fee of $50 so this must be shownclearly on Booking.com summary of this hotel. It is in my opinionexcessive for a pet cleaning.

Review 9：The first front desk girl didn't give me my breakfast vouchers, she told me I paid for their free continental breakfast, above that she was very rude to me but nice to my wife...the rest of the staff were awesome, the only problem with the stay was the one girl that greeted me.

Review 11：At both check-in and check-out I found the staff terse, unwelcoming and, actually, in both cases just plain rude. Neither was a 'friendly face'. This was significant enough that I will consider carefully before I stay there again.

Review 15：Had to walk across to the other hotel for the indoor pool. There was notenough pastries (selection) for our family. The fan in the bathroom wasvery loud. When any of us went to the bathroom in the middle of thenight, we had to use our cell phone light so that we wouldn't wakeanyone. When handing in our room key when leaving, I stood at the deskfor approximately 4-5 minutes as there were two workerstalking/discussing in the office room.

Booking.com didn't show their rulesand conditions and the hotel expected us to know something that was notposted. Also, Booking.com didn't allow us to sign in very manypeople during the booking and they got cross with us when we showed upwith more than 2 people. How were we suppose to book more than what thepage allowed us?

Review 36：When I made the reservation I had reserved a smoking room. I actually chose this hotel based on that. When i arrived at the hotel there were no smoking rooms available.

Review 38：6 of us, (friends came over), had dinner at the Greek restaurant...........It's not Greek anymore.....the food is an insult to the chain.. The prices are at the top and the poor quality of meat and veggies was disscusting...the greek salad....was warm ice burg lettuce with oil dressing..yuk.I had a coffee, and a refill...the charge was $4.50.......dah! I would not recommend that place to anyone, and it will defer me from staying there.

Review 40：Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Arizonas great for sports, airport shuttle was easy and fast. Pet friendly is a nice option although I did not have mine with me this time.

Review 41：I booked the reservation online but not on the hotel site. As it turns out I didn't include a week of parking so my online rate was more expensive. The gentlemen at the front desk adjusted my rate so I saved near $30. The Sunday 6:15am shuttle bus driver was our favourite. He was so happy and friendly and made our early morning more bearable!

Review 52：Arrogant front desk female clerk. On-line ad stated that there was a swimming pool, but didn't state you had to go to the next building. Long wait time when checking out, with only one, and the same arrogant front desk clerk. She was giving the elderly lady in front of me a hard time too. Thus, the long wait ... it really wasn't hospitable. There was no air conditioning in the restaurant when it was so needed.

Review 53：I didn't like the look of the hallways or the stairs/lift. It reminded me of a car park. I didn't like the fact the duvet was not in a sheet, and had stains on it.

Review 54：I liked the value for money. I was very unsure of the hotel the first hour I arrived. The room was to a basic standard of cleanliness, but still clean. The room was big. It's all that you can expect from an airport hotel. No fancy views. Very basic.

Review 55：Needs updating, softer towels and more toiletries would be good. For our 4 night stay, we got one small shampoo and a bar of soap. Additional shampoos (we ran out) and conditioner/lotion would have been nice.

I have to ring the front desk to ask what is it about, and the lady in the reception claims, we have listed our signs next to the front desk, that's right, but why didn't they tell me someone will work just outside my room at early hours, atleast i would be prepared. Very disappointed and unhappy, being regular customer, no respect and privilege. I was on 3rd Floor.

Review 66：I'm a big coffee drinker in the morning and they only had 1 single service coffee pouches of caffeinated and decaf. What made up for it though was the free coffee in the lobby and when called down to the front desk they had more of the single serve pouches brought up to the room

Review 67：I was surprised to see how large not only the room, but the bathroom as well was, especially for the cost of the room. I also liked that the hotel was ok with me not having a credit card and accepted cash for a deposit (and it was a reasonable amount too).
