Review 5：At the time I arrived at the restaurant for breakfest, there was no staff, and no cutlery available on the buffet, so I had to wait until the staff returned. When the staff arrived, after a first very kind contact where the lady proptly gave me the cutlery, I was asked if I really was a guest of the hotel. Ok, this is not a big deal, but it's not good to feel like an intruder even for one instant. That was the only thing that broke the nice atmosphere the place has all the time. Apart from that, gorgeous place to be!

It was in an excellent location - right in the heart of a powerful 'cure' energy spot. The town Oberstdorf is known for its fresh mountain air and its beautiful location. The town is beautiful and popular yet keeps its own individuality. It is not spoilt by tourism - the shops are also interesting and unique.
