Review 1：I'm form 1.oct in Makronisos vilage and I didn't sleep at night because of drunk Englishmens who makes party's all night in the apartments with a massive shame, screaming and banging. This place doesn't have a house rules. They even organize karaoke at the pool until 2am. If you expect to rest after the beach and restful sleep at night this place is not for you. To have a little peace at night and order would be a really nice place, but unfortunately it has not.

Review 2：Superior studio is a nice, new and spacious and has all of the above on the website. Breakfast is standard, nothing special.

Review 3：the road is close to the hotel, so it's pretty noisy even at night but still it's a great value for money

Review 4：The area, big, nice, well-organized rooms, balconies, the kitchen. The staff is very helpful. We forgot some things in the room and didn't have time to come back to bring them back, so we wrote a msg to the hotel and they said they'd send them back=)

Review 5：Didn't have hot water in the morning, the beds were terrible, had to sleep in different bed than my wife in our second honey moon. On the second day my towels got dirty and I let them on the floor to be replaced, after return in the evening the wet dirty towels were folded and set to be used again. Internet was completely rubbish, worked very badly. Hotel didn't offer pool towel to the guests, and the room towels as said before are not changed when left on the floor, like majority of hotels(hanged towels I want to use it again, on the floor please replace them).

Boked a superior room which was really nice. Wifi was free and worked fine in the room and around the pool. No extra charge for the a/c. Grounds and pool are really nice and kept very clean. Location is approx 10 mins away into Ayia Napa centre by taxi. Taxi prices vary so confirm cost before you get in. Charged us 10 euros one night then 8 euros another night for only half the distance !! Can get the bus into Ayia Napa for only 1.5 euros. Location was great for us, quite but not to far away if you wanted a lively night. If going back to Ayia Napa would book this accomodation again. Had a fantasic week

Review 15：Some big roaches came to the room, not very tasty food for AI. Better to order separately food. Long and hot walk to the beach.if you are with small children it is a nightmare. We were renting taxi for 6 € every time.

Review 16：Very nice bungalow, 2 floors, nice big pool and small for children. Super reception lady name Frosa! Can give you all the info you need anb taxi, POI, rates and etc. many small supermarkets near the hotel. Very beautiful beach!

Review 21：Awful beds, the matters is so hard, by back still needs recovery The sheets and towels looked so old... We got the first room in the complex so it was near the street, so much noise. Don't know the conditions in other types of rooms, but I don't recommend the "superior" one bedroom apartment. No drinks includes @ dinner for the half board package.

Review 24：we had to buy towels in the hotel's mini-market in order to taking them to the pool and to the beach. the hotel doesn't supply any of those. the hotel is very far from the beach and from the city - you need to take a bus\taxi to anywhere. no variety of food. ants in the room. no adapter - we had to buy it. beds' mattresses were stiff and uncomfortable. towels in the room were not replaced with clean ones. bad water flow in the shower

Review 26：We booked all-inclusive, and expected that drinks would be limited to local brands, but found the available drinks disappointing - a choice of 2 beers in half-pints - and insipid cocktails, not properly mixed, simply poured into tumblers - wine was OK though. We did find a cockroach in our kitchen, but as we live in Cyprus we were prepared for that, and quickly zapped it with cockroach spray! My wife, an animal-lover, was distressed by the parrot-show which was the entertainment on our first night.

Review 27：Our bungalow 210 was quiet, well equipped, and we were happily surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine on our arrival. We liked the bungalow design, split-level, with kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom at the entrance level, and 4 steps down to the lounge area and sunken courtyard - a sun-trap in the afternoon - and stairs to a first-floor terrace, albeit unfurnished. Buffet food at breakfast and dinner - we did not try lunch - was good and varied with a different theme each night.

Review 28：The hotel does not look like how it does in the pictures, it is very small. I would give it 2 stars. We had booked all inclusive and the food was very bland, did not cater for vegetarians at all.

Review 30：The staff were absolutely fantastic!! Each and every one were friendly and helpful. I have yet to see in all my holidays such clean rooms and communal areas. Food was great! Overall loved it and would recommend this holiday resort to any one.

Review 31：The cleaning ladies did very good work during our first two days, but they didn´t show up at all on the third day, which meant we didn´t even get the bins empty or any toilet rolls to make it until we would leave. Never found out if this was by mistake or if it was intentional because we would leave the next day (it was bad either way). Also in the bathroom there was a disgusting antislip mat full of mould, which we never used, of course, and it really looked bad in contrast to the new bathroom. The bins in the bathroom and the kitchen were also too small and old, they could have been changed along with the renovations. The food was quite decent as I said, but the breakfast was very basic, unless you liked English breakfast. There could be some more variety for people who don´t like English breakfast, especially locals. There wasn´t even a cake or biscuits to add up some variety.

Review 32：A very beautiful holiday village with very well maintained gardens and an excellent swimming pool. We had one of the renovated family rooms, which was pretty good, spacious and comfortable, including the bathroom, which was all new. We loved the swimming pool most of all and the kids also enjoyed the playground. The food was quite good (we went half board) although nothing too exquisite as you would find in a hotel maybe. There were mainly typical dishes like pasta and fries and a couple of special dishes every time, but not really that much variety. In general, very good value for money with some space for improvements for the future.

Review 33：Entertainment at night should be improved. More choices on the food buffet. Receptionist attitude may be improved.

Review 34：The 1-bedroom suite was newly refurbished and they even provided an extra bed in the living room along with the sofa which was available anyway (we were 3 adults and 1 child). Cleaning was done daily and they changed towels daily. The pool is a considerable size and cleaned daily. The food is ok, not exceptional (we had half board with daily choice between lunch/dinner). The entire property is well groomed, quiet and nice. The nearest beach is Makronissos Beach at Dome hotel is better than Nissi, I think it is the best in town!

Review 35：If we really need to provide a negative, they do not provide beach/pool towels and you need to request other towels. We cannot comment on breakfast because we did not have it.

Review 36：Village is right because this place is HUGE! I would recommend if you are a group of friends wanting to stay in the same place. The facilities such as tennis court, gaming area, pool table, etc etc are great. If you are just a couple that prefer a little bit more luxury then avoid this place. For what we paid this was fantastic!

Review 37：the room was filfy. we found cockroachs and blood stains on the shets. the bathtub has poor stream of water. the beds were very uncomfortable and short. no one cleaned our room. only 1 a/c for big room... impossible at the summer.

Review 41：I did not like the room at all as the construction was very old and the rest as well(furnitures etc.). I saw a different room at the pictures an it was nothing like the room I ve booked. Also the wc was leaking and the smell was horribly bad. On top of that I have asked to change room and pay the difference but they told me it was fully booked and couldnt do a re fund because of booking.com choice of payment.

Review 54：It was great week in Makronisos Village spent with my beloved. We ordered superior twin apartments and lived near the pool. The room was big and clean, all the facilities were new. Hardworking, helpful and smiling staff in the hotel - great job and good management! Mostly there were travelers from UK, so the animators organized evenings in English language. Canteen is not as big as in 5 star hotels, but the range of the dishes was excellent and tasty! In the morning they served my favorite english breakfast. We had all inclusive, so the drinks were free for us. The price for drink on the bar if u r not all inc = 2,5 - 3,5 euro. But if you take BB - you can pay 9 euro per person and have the dinner and drinks.

Review 68：reception at night- we arrived at night and because the person working this shift doesn't know to use computer he told us to leave our passports there otherwise we cannot stay in the hotel until ladies in the morning will make copies. So we had choice either to sleep outside or be without our passports.....

All of the staff was very nice and helpful, the cleaning staff made our room tidy every day. Everything was very clean. It's a bit far from the center, but it's totally reachable within a few minutes either by taxi (it's very cheap!) or by bus. But the location is much nicer here!!! The accommodation is totally worth for this prize!!! I would recommend it to anyone!

Review 85：Large and beautiful green territory of the hotel, very smiling and helpful staff, nice big pool, a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas, spacious rooms in the appartments. There are two very clean and beautiful beaches (Makronissos beaches) nearby (about 15 min. walking) - they are not as busy and crowded as famous Nissi so that you can enjoy relaxing. Nearby there is bus stops in both ways: to Larnaka and to Ayia Napa city center: 5 min. to Nissi beach, 10 min. to city center. P.S. we did not see in the appartments any cockroaches or ants, maybe that can depend on the season - we were in the mid. May.

Review 86：Very bad Wi-Fi internet connection and it only worked near the pool and near the frontdesk so no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The prices at the Mini Market were the highest we could find in all Markonisos and Ayia Napa.

Review 90：There was one drawback in my apartment location - it was very close to the restaurant with loud music until 1 at night so I had to buy earplugs.

Review 91：I really liked the hotel location. (i can't stand places like Ayia Napa) It's a quiet place with lots of beaches nearby to select from: stony, sandy, shallow, perfect for snorkelling and meeting fish. The hotel has a gym, animation team, offers bicycles to rent. The staff were very nice: not to be seen when not needed but friendly and helpful when you need them. The apartment i stayed at was really nice and comfortable with nice beds never giving back-pain. And I must say that I really liked the hotel territory full of nicely groomed plants. The breakfasts were nice.

Review 98：Someone stole our phone and tablet from the living room while we sleep in the bedroom the first night. The front door is very old and not be locked from the inside, it can be opened with a pin or paper clip. The reception said that if the door is not broken, the police will not come. The furniture is very old, there was no wifi, the pool bar is also used for outdoor nightclub and there was very noisy until late evening. The hotel is very far from the beach and downtown. We will never go back there!

Review 99：From the very beginning the staff was not helpfull, room was with poor furniture, a/c in one room only(and it was sooo hot). Room was noisy and tennis court didn't have lights and was covered with some kind of carpet. Not good value for money at all! I don't recommend this hotel! Very disappointing!

Review 100：I wanted a double bed but they haven't had. We had only one Air Condition and we had to rent the fun , we are Cyprus and we haven't had a/c in the room? the woman lifeguard she was all the time don't do this and that and we were not allowed to have anything with us for the kids and nothing to eat. We were three couples and we were planning to book for next year with two more couples but now no sorry we felt very unwelcome in our own country. and the beds we the worst so hard to sleep on. Sorry but this is too expensive for just a room with no breakfast no nothing and we had to rent a fun. NO h
