Review 1：Beach bar didn't have a full service (no chef) on two of our seven days. The rooms are a little dated now but still of good quality.

Review 9：Restaurants close early 11-11,30pm in summer. More slides and water games for kids are a plus. Concierge need more training and info on what could be done and seen for first time visitors.

Review 12：Would like to give a big "thank you" to the staff. They are doing an amazing work despite the hot weather and some "irresponsible and respectless clients". Their patience and smile is very appreciated. We have asked for two rooms near each other and they have managed to get this done. We liked also the Wifi of a very good quality everywhere in the Hotel. Kids liked the Kindergarten and special mention to "Stella". Management is also approachable and friendly taking the time to discuss with clients.

Beach rooms are spacious and very convenient. Breakfast buffet had a great deal of variety. Greek restaurant offered unique and superb food. Would definitely come back again.

Review 18：Nice and easy check in - pleasant staff in all areas of the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and I have to say the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in for a hotel. Huge high bed if your under 5ft in height you may well need a step to assist in getting on the bed but when you do - wow. Breakfast - as you would expect - egg stations - cereal stations, I could go on. Pool and amenities very nice although did not have time for the spa which was a shame. Parking was a breeze/free and the guys out front very helpful. Business centre 1st floor with printing access for boarding passes. We had sea view directly overlooking a hotel restaurant/bar and no noise, I think the beach is a little stroll away but a minute away if that, so all in all a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel - although a little pricey you do pay for what you get with the Four Seasons - its just easy and trouble free.

Review 33：Th best part of this hotel is the staff and the breakfast buffet. Both go beyond expectations. The people are very friendly, kind and efficient. The food is supplied in abundance but maintains a high level of quality. This is rare to find.

Review 40：We were there Valentine's day on half board basis and felt more attention was offered to people coming and paying just for dinner instead of guests staying at the hotel who's dinner is included in their package. Dinner in general is fantastic but on Valentine's day we were treated below average, offered a small table in a very crowded corner. As a recommendation avoid very busy periods and you will usually get a great service.

Review 44：We have stayed a few times over the last 4 years and The Four Seasons is consistent in its excellence. The Four Seasons is a business model many a hotel could take an example from. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Review 45：Concierge gave wrong info 3 times and every time it was a different person, they made us pay over €20 for the taxi to a location that was closed! The breakfast was horrible! They had chocolate croissant with no chocolate inside (had to eat 4 to get lucky with some chocolate), the juices had no taste, and selection was very limited! They closed the Greek restaurant and they opened the breakfast there on the third day! The Chinese restaurant was not bad but the waitress failed to inform us that the plates were extremely hot, we had burns on our fingers and the only thing the manager did is to say sorry! The electricity stopped for a few seconds leaving us in the dark on the fourth day! The wifi is free but very slow and sometimes doesn't even work! We asked for a toothbrush and they directed us to the gift shop which was closed, we stayed in the superior room and there were not complimentary tooth brushed! After the room was cleaned, there was a lot of hair on the floor from the morning shave! The hotel is 20 min from all the attraction. bottom line this hotel should be downgraded to a 4 star hotel and defenetly should not be a Four seasons hotel! We paid almost €300 per night for the Four Seasons brand, this was the worst 5 nights in a 5 star hotel

Review 47：The beds were too soft for our liking. Staff changed the mattresses immediately for us, which was an improvement but still too soft. We were too late to make reservations for the New Years eve celebrations in the hotel, and found a place in town on our own. We also found a small door to door bus service on our own, the hotel mentioning only more expensive taxis.

Review 57：Far a way from Limassol old and main town. The staff are so rude. After my experience in this hotel I can call it Four Walls Hotel instead of Four Seasons due to rude staff which they are following you every where you go even for the toilets. They are always shouting to each other and you feel that you are not in a friendly atmosphere which is a must for such a resort hotel. The staff also entering your room after a one knock in an crazy action!! So, we kept always a notice in our door to not disturb. We stayed in Grand Resort Hotel which is only 7 mins away by car with much less price with much better services and great staff attitude towards guests. When we arrived we asked the receptionist George for check-in with our Booking.com paper. After long waiting and searching in his PC he told us that there is no booking!! After a second he said: "Oh I find it"!! Is this an attitude for a famous five stars hotel! He also asked us our credit card and we thought that he will pre-authorize for the payment - as it is mentioned in our booking- but he withdrew the whole payment from our card. We told him that we requested previously for an early check-in and he told us that that the room won't be ready till 13:30-14:00 and "you also should check-out not later than 11:00 for this room that you have asked for" while the check-out is 12:00!! This is the first time for me hearing from such a five stars hotel such rude words! He also promised us to call us if the room ready and no one call at all and after long tired waiting we went to him at 13:15 and he said:yes, just now I was intending to call you. I mentioned all these conversations just to show the reviewers a one sample of a one staff attitude. He asked us to go to his colleague to tell her to send our luggage. The luggage didn't come till we called the room service after 45 mins!.

Review 58：Location is good but if you will use the Bus 30 it will take long time to reach the City Center/Old town of Limassol due to many bus stops. It is surrounded by many shops, a Pharmacy, a Supermarket, Budget rent car and restaurants such as Pizza Hut, Italian, Greek..etc. The Hotel and rooms are super clean and the staff are well dressed. Many restaurants in the hotel with different types to different tastes, Chinese, Greek, International Buffet. Colors cafe having different kind of cakes and desserts, anyhow the coffee drinks are not that much good taste. Breakfast Buffet was filled with many people with different kind of foods' choices, however for a five star hotel, this is not good and not enough in regards to what you are paying per night. The beach is so clean. We chose a room with a Jaccuzi and it was perfect and so clean.

Review 59：Bathroom only had one sink, though there was an attached toilet with a sink of its own. The shower was built into the jacuzzi. Concierge wasn't the best. Another customer found a piece of string in their food at breakfast.

Review 61：1) Location. You are in the middle of nowhere. So dont expect to go for a nice evening stroll in Limassol. There is nowhere to go really. 2) Although the stuff is trying to do everything possible to make you enjoy your stay in the hotel sometimes its too much. You cant stay in your room 2 hours without somebody opening the door and coming to do something. Its really annoying. From 9.30am till 7pm non-stop different people.
