Review 1:Hotel and rooms needs lots of upgrading in general. Room felt old and stuffy. Walls and elevators lack maitenance. Beach with view to carbon cargo ships not good. Didn't go in beach once. Deception when I came in and had in my mind arriving to a decameron like the one in Cartagena. Staff took too long to check us in, more than 45 minutes. I paid the same for a local hotel in the same city and was worth every dollar. Total luxury. This hotel in this specific location still needs to earn the international branding it has. Discotec too small for size of hotel. Lacks good AC. Where the type of tourist used to saying at international brands like Hilton or Sheraton not a good idea to stay here.
Review 2:The night shows and entertainment are good. And Rococo seafood restaurant, with good AC and good food.

Review 9:After travelling 17 hrs to get to resort we were given a room next tothe kareokee bar ...which drunks sang until 02:00 every night....after 6long nights we managed to get another room on far side of the bar andfinally got some sleep...meals were budget friendly...however thedinners aside from the Panaramic restaurant were veryforgettable...forget the Italian restaurant if they were anywhere elsethey would be closed due lack of patrionage...also to finally changerooms for our last night we needed to go thru many hoops.not impressedat all....this resort is not for international travellers....but morefor local nationals wanting to spend a few nights at a local allinclusive.will be sending them a letter regarding our adventure...asthey do not respond to emails....tried 3 times and even 2 phone callswith no response....
