Review 1：Cleaners opened the door without knocking TWICE while we were sleeping and then later again and were acting so casually like nothing happened . no matter if we were naked , sleeping or whatever else! Also the place is quite dirty and the sheets didnt seem washed

Review 9：Upon arrival, my friends and I didn't expect to pay for the air conditioner. We were advised to keep windows open if we didn't want to pay. However, we were given GF rooms and anybody could have access from the windows. We were also surprised when we learned that there was no breakfast buffet. The person in charge at the restaurant asked the cook to prepare breakfast. We didn't even know we would get 2 eggs with bacon, cheese, ham and tomatoes (1 of my friends is a vegan).

Review 10：The hotel is well situated. Not very far from Ayia Napa's nightlife and close to Nissi Beach. The bus stop is also near. Good value for money.

Review 11：I printed out my booking ( still have it) air conditioning was listed with all the other amenities, only had a print out 1 of 1, page. got to the hotel and was told I needed to pay 5 euros a day , for only one room, arrived at the facilitie, 3-30, had just been mopped,looked like an indoor swimming pool, next day , went to my room and there was a maintenance guy fixing the sofa bed, we had not been notified at all?? dust on the lamps above the bed , looked like a horror movie, the grouting on the bathroom tiles were mouldy, I agitated it , and it removed very easily, in the last year I have stayed at 7 hotels ,all over the world, this is ONE,i will never visit again,

Review 15：We did not like the shabby furniture, 6 Euro payment for air-conditioning (we ended up not using it) and no music channel on TV. Wi-fi had weak signal and we had to re-login all the time. The view from the balcony was not nice: another hotel in a very close proximity, but since we did not use the balcony for hanging out, we did not mind it.

Review 16：We stayed only for one night so our experience of the hotel is very limited. We did not use any hotel facility (except for the restaurant in the morning). We did not have high expectations. The room was a standard room for a cheap hotel. I liked quietness of the room and shower (strong stream :)). Breakfast was fine too, all you can eat English breakfast. :)

Review 29：1. Furniture. Looks really cheap, from Soviet 70s-80s. But, what is fair, our rooms were clean enough.2. You can NOT spend your time at swimming pool with your drinks (neither alcohol nor just non-alcoholic beverages). For me it was stupid. 3. Espeacially if to note that their bar at swimming pool had cheap but EXTRA mixed with ice and water coctails. not enough even liquors, what to say about spirits. 4. The worst - soundproof. Lotta youngsters (looked more like turkish and british) cried loudly whole night, listened really BAD music so you can esily listen to it even in your room with TWO closed doors!

Review 32：This hotel is definettly the best value for the money. You get big size room, balcony, TV, free wifi, nice and clean pool, they clean the room everyday. If you do not expect to much luxury, this is the best choice.

Review 33：Room on the second floor, just under roof, was heated so much under the sun, that we felt ourselves like in oven. The room is constructed is such a way, that you can not ventilate it even if open all windows and doors – absolute absence of air current! Being with windows on the side of the road, we heard terrible noise from the passing by motorcycles, cars, drunk shouting people almost till early morning. Transport traffic is very intensive there till 3 – 4 AM. So with closed windows we suffered from lack of air and heat, and with opened windows there was no possibility to fall asleep because of loud noise from the road. Very unpleasant impressions left absolute absence of privacy. Cleaning woman entered the room without knocking, just opening brusquely the door in the time of our midday sleeping. By the way, the rooms in Evabelle are not equipped with "Please don't disturb" door signs. One hour later a man tried to enter the room, wishing to paint our balcony. It was a luck that we were in the room, because otherwise we would suffocate later of stuffy hot air in the room and smell of paint from the balcony. Another point is shallow water pool – only 1,3 metre in its deepest part. I would not recommend anybody to live in this hotel, because it is a real nightmare!

Review 34：During our visit to Cyprus we were living in 4 different hotels, and Evabelle was the worst of them. I can even say – the worst hotel from all our experience. It has big and rich reception, clean water pool area, but these are the only pluses.

Review 42：We had the room right to the street, I asked for a quiet room, I was travelling pregnant. In my opinion there would have been more quiet facing the pool, because we had windows/balcony right to the main street, and the clubbing people and cars where making a loudy noise all the night. The A/C being paid, we could not live without it even in May. (you should add it to your price when you book it, because you cannot sleep at night because of the heat - 6euros/day ~ 40E/7 days). Deposit for every remote/adapter 15E,3E etc. The beach reached at 5 minutes is with lots of rocks, Nissi Beach is at 2km, we always walked there, walking made me feel good. There are also buses, really cheap, 1.5E/pers in ayia napa wherever you wanna go.

Review 43：The apartment is huge, the kitchinette is very well equipted, even an electric oven is available. Cleaning was made every day, and even if the apart are not modern or so, I really appreciate the cleanance. Towels are changed once a week, we discovered that this is on Mondays, we arrived on a Tuesday, so a day before we left we got them changed. For me that was no problem, I am not keen on changing them every day, is does no good to the environment. Staff was polite and welcoming. The internet was Free. The pool was clean and water was not that cold, just perfect.

Review 44：I have booked five months before our arrival and they gave us one room at the front of the kitchen where the sounds of the dishes can be heard day and night. Our balcony was full of cats.

Review 58：Heavy noise from the main street. the windows are not isolating the noise at all.( and traffic is almost all night with rented ATVs and motorbikes we had to sleep with earplugs. Hotel is clean but the walls are dirty, and definitely need refurbishing to make it look like 3 stars. Cleaning staff does not speak English and are used to knock once and the come in ...immediatelly if you know what i mean.

Review 66：We stayed 5 days in this hotel to be neutral it is not 3 stars hotel i would rate it 2 stars maximum the staf are not friendly at all and one day we had a fight with them because we were drinking our alcohol on the pool as all the people do. Maybe because we are not european ddnt like us. The food is rubbish, even the cat there it ddnt eat it. We all like partying, loud music and drunk people but not at 5 or 6 in the morning! Rooms were cleaned daily by the staff that doesn't understand english. The towels were smelly. You have to pay extra money for air conditioning and also deposit for controller. They will never offer something for free even a cup of ice cubes we paid for it. We booked a smoking room and when the staff came he told us in an angry way to go outside when smoking. Most of the rooms are next to the road you have to careful. When you leave your room you cannot keep the air conditioning on it will turn off but itself when you remove the key. Wifi is paid 4 euro per hour. Even we paid for dinner and we had to pay for juice or water. This was my experience!

Review 67：The music played through the loud speakers using the base from 8am till late. This frequently woke us up, and after a night out we would have preferred a lie in. On top of this we had to pay for air conditioning which was only available in one room at a time.

Review 68：I felt the rooms where nicely laid out and the kitchen facilities within the rooms were really nice. The reception was open 24/7 which was very useful and they happily let you leave your keys there while you went out. As well as this any technical difficulties we experienced in the room as soon as we reported them to reception they fixed them latest the next morning.
