Review 1：Breakfast was bad, coffee terrible. Continental breakfast sucks,no fruits or anything else local, only toast and jam for brits, menot like :(

Review 8：The beds did not have mattress protectors or pillow protectors on them The air conditioning was faulty (water was dripping from it). When I informed the staff about it, they talked with the manager. The manager just asked me to put the fan mode to low instead of auto and he didn't consider giving me a different room. During our stay a VERY BAD smell came out through the kitchen washbasin. The plumbing of this hotel needs serious renovation. Only when I informed them about the smell they found me a different room.

Review 9：It was the most terrible experience I had in a hotel and made me feelashame having guests first time in cyprus. I booked the room for guests.The room was in a horrible condition...terrible smell, no towels, nokitchenware. Airconditioning was not working, light lamps were missingand even the fridge was missing !!! after we complained and waited foran hour we were given another room that was frankly more decent but wedecided not to stay, even if we booked for 7 nights and lost our moneywe found accomodation somewhere else. It was not a place to stay at.

Review 17：The location of the hotel is not too good and you need a car to go to the centre of town. Other than that nothing too significant.

Review 18：The hotel was very affordable, it also had a nice pool, spacious rooms and wifi throughout.

Review 19：Too few staff, so they were overworked. maybe that was because we were there from 27th March for 10 days and they were not in the full swing of the season. There was a cat with 2 kittens sometimes at the main entrance, sometimes at the exit to the car park and sometimes by the door to the pool, which wasn't very professional. Due to shortage of staff, the man at the desk was a general factotum, working reception, serving meals, etc. etc. with the result that he was not around to see the car park camera at the desk. This resulted in having to go back into the hotel to ask for a second time to be let out , after already asking on our way out. The hotel apartments are in a really good position and with a little money spent to refurbish them, ( I think the plumbing had had attention), they could be excellent. The beds did not have mattress protectors or pillow protectors on them, which is a MUST, although the mattresses in our apartment ( second floor ,overlooking the pool), were new.

Review 20：The position is central. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The apartments were clean.

Review 21：Smely bath. Everything insight was old. Need refresment. Even plates were too old. Patched where need paint. Veranda's door can't lock. Some lambs were dead. Bed lamb did not stant at the place you wanted. Bath phone did not stand at the place you wanted. No bed fixing. Too small elevetor. To enter the parking is allrigth but to exit needed permision.

Review 22：In the corridor of the floor there was a cat breastfeeding its babies. It was a bad feeling even if I am not alergic The apartment was clean but the first impression was a bit shocking.

Review 23：The apartment was clean and quite big, we could find a place even if we booked few hours before. We did not take the breakfast so we don't know about it but they say it is amazing.

Review 24：B.Y.O.D: Bring Your Own Detergent, and use the toilet brush provided. Bathroom not clean on arrival. Complaining didn't work. Very unfriendly staff if one complains about anything. Sabotage: Wake-up call came more than 2 hours early. In general: Walls and ceilings are so thin any noise gets through. Safe only at a fee even if listed as included along with hairdryer, heating etc. Never again.

Review 30：I did find that some of the reviews were correct about the cleanliness (our sheets were a bit dirty) and the kitchen equipment was really lacking (no bowls!) and needed a good clean. There was also no free wifi for customers booking through a website agent which was very misleading so we were told we had to pay.
