Review 1：Good variety of food, each evening was a theme night so no repetitivness with the menu. Surprisingly cheap bar prices for a Hotel - 1 liter jug of house wine only 7euro! All cocktails 3.50 euro!

Review 3：the location was excellent. Close enough to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa but very quiet. right on the beach

Review 4：We had payed for dinner in advance, but there was discussion about payment 2 times at reception, but it solved both times. Laundry 3eur/one time, that did not include washing powder. Quite expensive. Toilets too far from pool area. It would be nice to have one much nearer, specially for kids. Inside pool/jacuzzi/sauna only at wintertime, not in October.

Review 5：We were 4 persons. We hade one bedroom apartment. (One had extra bed, one person slept on sofa bed, two persons had double bed). Nice big rooms. Wifi free. It worked most of our days there, but only in living room, not in bedroom. We were surprised how good dinner/breakfast was. Drinks cost extra for dinner! Nissi beach only 3min walk. Hotel had shop (ok prices). Gym was good. Pool area nice and clean. Cleaning was very good (rooms, outside). Several different programs for kids/adults (water gymnastics etc.) We would stay here again.

Review 6：some rooms are on the 2nd floor and you might need to carry your stuff over 20+ stairs if you come with young kids - the pool is not shaded

Review 11：The best hotel in Ayia Napa so far. We absolutely LOVED the location-3 mins to Nissi beach! The food was excellent and the staff was super friendly. Our room 2112 was adorable! The only drawback is that you get ants as soon as you get any kind of food in the room. Though where in Cyprus are you sure thar ants will not bother you? Anyways, thanks, Aktea, it was brilliant! If we are ever bach in Ayia Napa, Aktea Beach Village will be our choice.

Review 12：There was no wifi even though there was supposed to be. The indoor swimming pool was locked and not working. The Kids club could be better. Morning workers wake you up with machine noise. Even sprayed the plants with insecticides without warning the passing people (including kids). Very expensive for what it offered.

Review 20：Staff is horrible in reception and in a breakfast area. They didn't welcome us, no smile, not helpful, didn't give any instructions how to get to the room, even though there is lots of bungalows. Staff during breakfast is the worst I've ever seen in my life. They walk arrogantly and don't look at the people. Breakfast are until 10 AM, we were finishing the meal at around 10:05, and the hotel's personnel just came to our table and took a plate with food on it without saying a word while we were still eating. If staff would be kind and helpful this hotel would have at much higher rating. Wi-Fi is super slow in a room.

Review 21：If you want to stay one or two night then this is a great place with good value for money. Very close to Nissi Beach and close to restaurants and bars. Nice swimming pool.

Review 22：sofa bed was hard and only 1 pillow per bed so that was a downside but nothing major. the wifi whilst free had a low signal in the rooms so best in the lobby or pool bar. evening meals ok - buffet style - next time will go b& B to enjoy the range of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel.

Review 23：pool and pool area was immaculate, staff very good especially the reception staff. we had a 1 bed apartment which was well equipped. good selection on the breakfast buffet. booked a massage and it was great - 30 euros well spent. we also enjoyed the tennis courts and they were free.

Review 26：Indoor and outdoor swimming pool water was extremelly cold. No one dared to bathe in water so cold! Especially in November, at least the indoor pool was supposed to be warmer. We were extremely disappointed about that. It could be served better fresh fruit for breakfast. Everithing else was ok.

Review 27：Location is exelent for beach vacations: between Nissi beach and another small beach very, very good too. Studios are confortable and clean. Breackfast is very nice.

Review 28：We are family with 3 young kids (5,3,1 years old). This resort was just perfect for us. Ill mention here some points: 1. The apartment itself (ask for a garden floor with small kids!) has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and living room. It has all u need for a vacation. It is simple but stylish and everything in a good condition. 2. The resort is not too big and it is very easy to reach everywhere with stroller. 3. the pool area is great - pool for kids is half meter deep. Very nice and it is next to the Regular pool so u can enjoy all in one:) There is a great view from the pool. 4. The resort is situated on the beach but it is not suitable for swimming because of rocks. It is so quiet there and pastoral.. u can walk right to Nissi gorgeous beach but very busy one.. or take left and u are at the golden bay beach which is so great with small kids and quiet. Both of the beaches are just 200 meters from the hotel and the way itself so beautiful. 5. There is a supermarket at the esort - u have bread, milk, eggs.. or outside the resort u can easily to buy fruits and vegetables. 6. The staff is very polite and give u a really good feeling. 7. we had only a breakfast there which is nice but i would like to see more healthy food .. 8. There is Christopher family restaurant on the beach - a great family restaurant - we had a fresh fish there which was great! 9.Enjoy!:)

Review 31：Rude reception staff that demanded my passport & insisted I paid by card when I wanted to pay cash. They said I'd spelt my name wrong on my booking but it seems it was their mistake not mine as I have used booking.com many times in past with no problems. Very abrupt, not a nice welcome! I almost walked out with the horrid manner of the staff! Room floor was dirty. I think we were the only British people in the hotel.

I was in apartment on noisy part of the street, which I didn`t like (despite fact that I requested quiet room in advance). The textile furniture in apartment could be definitely cleaner (sofas, chairs) and Bathroom shouldn`t smell like Hospital .

Review 60：Everything was pretty much OK. Stuff was very friendly and the location of Aktea Beachis is really great. The nature around is stunning, very peaceful piece of the world .

Review 75：I thought that this was the biggest ripoff for my money. This is not a 4 star hotel and it is severely dated and needs a major renovation. The staff wasn't friendly and I honestly would've paid 40EUR/night to stay, not 120EUR.

Review 79：The hotel is between Agia Napa and Nissi Beach (both walking distance), so you can party or relax. There is a place to leave the child, grocery in hotel (very convenient) and some activities foreseen. The rooms are equipped in kitchen, air conditioning and tv. I preferred the pool than the beach in front (rocks), but sandy beaches are only few minutes away walking. In the night it is rather quiet. Good breakfast with wide choice.

Review 80：I found the hotel Russian,German and Scandernavion friendly. There was no English programes on the TV and no one was interested in listening to me very over priced we will never come back and if I had not paid in full I would have found another hotel we have never felt so discriminated on any hotel we have stayed in our lives. I belive I should receive a full refund for what we had to endure during our stay.
