Review 1：Room was too cold elevator non functional on our 2nd day climbing stairs was tiring had to ask to be relocated to a lower floor was on 4th floor staff was quite helpful put us on 1st floor thankful for that

Review 3：- The attitude of the staff, rolling their eyes at you when asking a simple question, was not welcoming or helpful at all - The rooms smelled of mould and the sheets were damp - Didn't feel clean - Dark rooms - Too cold although the AC was off - Only one fridge in the room, no other kitchen facilities - Wifi din't work in the room, only in lobby and at the beach - The location is a bit "off" unless you have a car - No good restaurants, only Denny's

Review 6：No hot water in the shower, hair dryer not working, the air in the room and the hallway was very fusty and humid despite aircon running. The buildings are worn out and a little shabby in consideration of the fact that this "resort" is not very reasonably priced. The beach is not very inviting and reminds me of a quary pond. There is not a good shuttle service, only twice a day in the morning to the nearby roundabout at Otrabanda. Not very helpful and also no airport transfer and drop off.

Review 15：Although reviews of this hotel aren't that good, we loved coming here for the last couple of years. The hotel has a nice and quiet atmosphere, as though time has stood still. The interior is a bit outdated but comfort is just fine. During the last stay I have been very positively surprised by the hotel personnel; after having been stung by a sea animal (probably a tiger fish), they have been more than helpful helping me out, and even provided me with a hotel chauffeur driving me to a private doctor free of charge! These kind of acts will surely keep me coming back here the coming years!
Review 16：All the meals are served near the bar/beach. Hotel basically shuts down at 1030pm. I think for the size of the hotel they could try a little more with entertainment and activities to bring in more customers to spend time at the bar since it is listed in the tourist book under bars. For February, I expected more people staying there so it was extremely quiet and somewhat boring on the premises.

Review 18：Place itself is standard, the outside area is about 20 minutes from the city and is not fancy. Though you have a 24 hour diner. You had to buy expensive water at the convenience store downstairs.
Review 19：White beach with clear water with fish&birds. Good breakfast, with a nice fresh made omelette. As Honeymooners we got a free bottle of pro secco. Pool clean, but nothing fancy. Was pretty empty, so we don't know how it is when it's fully booked. Nice view.
Review 20：My room had ants crawling on the floors at night, the toilet was broken and water was leaking on the balcony, so I requested another room, the shower has low pressure , you have to pay 10 dollars a day for wifi while other hotels have it free

I am not staff! towels should be collected from reception!; most staff not very friendly/uninterested; balcony doors old and blocked with a piece of wood (seems they don't want you to use it, or because of security?); hotel has potential to be a great resort but is at the moment run-down, a little effort and TLC will improve it a lot;

Review 24：The personell at the frontdesk (Mainly the male clerk) was not friendly at all; the rest of the personell behaved as if they didn't want to be bothered (body lanfuage says a lot).The breakfast (buffet)was very poor; (The cashier was also the cook); I expected for the Christmas & New Years that the hotel would of have more festivities like the years before for the customers.

Review 64：The property is lovely...there was a beautiful pool area, outdoor eating and bar area beside a private cove - like beach area with lots of sand as well as a playground...perfect for kids to play while we enjoyed our rum punch welcome drink! The location was great as it allowed us to safely walk to the historic shopping area of Willemstad across the floating bridge during the day - would not recommend walking after dusk though. American breakfast was great!

Key cards stopped working after few days and it took maybe 10 minutes to fix them and all they said at reception was "the machine is not so good". Wifi connection in our room was poor, hardly working at all. Generally the hotel needs renovation, this hotel does not deserve it's stars, worst four star hotel I've ever been.
