Review 1：close quarters. tiny room and bathroom, loud hallway people coming and going doors slamming. no fridge in room as advertised.could be cleaner. hard to find formerly pelikan hotel and signs havent changed. better hotels in town for same price so keep looking

Review 12：The place needs some renovating, tiles in shower falling off and dirty grouting, water pressure was extremely low, the shower head half working (I think I saw the led light in the shower head for about 2 seconds), the remainder of what would have been a toilet roll holder was just hanging on the wall...sans toilet paper, the magazines and information in the room needs to be changed as it looked like someone used it as a napkin or drink holder, a/c was struggling to keep cool and there were termites eating away at the wood in the cupboard. Bring toiletries, the wall pump soap dispensers in the bathroom and shower obviously was dishing out a "one soap for everything" product.
Review 13：Simple, clean design in an excellent location. Price was great for anyone looking for something basic and is only using the hotel to sleep. Great parking and staff were helpful and friendly.
Review 14：The room was really smelly. We staid one night and that was enough. The room was also a bit dirty but the smell was horrible. The location was ok but as a woman I would not walk there alone at darktime.

Review 18：The rude guy working at the reception. He was extremely unhelpful! The condidion of the bathroom was bad. The water was cold and there was no pressure at all. They say that they are environmental friendly but I would say they're only trying to cut costs by not cleaning the rooms on a daily basis. The other staff we met were helpful in general.
Review 19：The short distance to the city center. Approximately 10 min by foot. But we had to walk through the slum of Otrabando in order to get to the safer parts.

Review 25：We are convinced that the hotel is a converted prison. Walking through it feels like you are in a detention facility as it has narrow hallways, and it is surrounded by gates with razor wire. Outside our window was a large pile of trash. The breakfast, though tastey, was very expensive.

Wi-fididn't work the first day of our stay, but the others worked fine.The hotel has also a convenient transfer to the airport for usd10.00,Considering taxis are difficult to take and more expensive. Maybe thetransfer can be previously arranged to take you at the airport, but wedidn'T. Hotel crew is nice an welcoming.

This "hotel" is more like a secured dormitory (no carpeting, concrete floors, no unregistered guests in rooms, alarm sounds if anyone in the building lights a cigarette. C. No hot water. Every shower I took in the room was in not quite lukewarm water. D. Breakfast was offered in check in info. There was no mention there was a price for the breakfast until showing up for breakfast, and the offering was very limited. E. No extra amenities (no pool, no fitness room, limited parking, etc) .
