Review 1：Very few extra towels in the SPA

Review 2：Great location and good clean nice hotel. The SPA area is nice and cosy. But rather small and rest bed are very fast occupied.

Review 5：Cheap hard beds, we pay extra for a junior suite but got a family room on the ground floor, in an attached building towards a road with an extra bedroom with a sleeping sofa we did not need, felt we were not treated as their best guest even though we stayed for 4 nights. We wonder why a expensive design hotel would not buy quality beds!

Review 7：We had to ask twice and wait four hours to get a bathmat. Drinks tray from night before was not removed from the room. Toiletries not replaced in the bathroom. Internet in our room was unusable and we were brushed off four times over two days before they actually took action, by which time it was too late for us anyway.

Review 9：We had 3 rooms at the Thomas Hotel and all were just a bit different in design and all very nicely appointed. The staff was helpful and spoke some English. We were only there for one night to explore Husum, so did not get a chance to use the spa. There are some artistic touches in this hotel, like purple sheep on the back lower rooftops, interesting lamps, etc. The breakfast is beautiful and bountiful. Glad we chose the Thomas!

Review 30：The hotels wifi solution is unacceptable for a four star hotel, and you have to log on every time you return to the hotel. The hotel is very expensive for what you get and you can get a lot more for you money in other Northern German hotels. In particular I was not happy to pay extra for their sauna( health suit) as this is usually free when you stay in other hotels. The breakfast Was Ok, but again i have had much better in much cheaper hotels. My advice is shop around if you want value for money.

Review 31：A reasonable hotel, close to the harbour and good shopping. The cleaning really good, and the room was imaculate. Good to have a Danish TV Channel (TV 2). I like this hotel, but see my minus comment.

Review 42：The staff was wonderful. There was a plumbing issue in the hotel during our stay which could have been disastrous - the staff got on it right away and all was fixed in very short time. The hotel is very comfortable, couldn't be better situated for convenience and beautiful sites - on both sunny days and when the weather is not-so-great, the hotel has beautiful views of the harbor area and town.
