Review 1：Long check-in procedure. Not enough staff at the reception when there are many tourists for check in/out, so there were queues even for people just to ask a question. Long time to wait for a concierge to help with the luggage. Superior room was extremely small for the family of 2 adults and 2 children. The furniture in the room is not luxury as it is said in the description, it's very old. Behind the bed and the sofa there was much dust and spider web, there were ants in the bathroom because of tiny holes in the walls and on the floor near the bathroom door. The room is not sound proof. The voices from the interconnected room and from the hall were very loud. The room was very dark in the evening as there was not enough light from 2 bed-side lamps and 1 floor lamp. There were not enough shelves and hangers in the wardrobe to put clothes of all members of the family. Wifi was often disconnected.The day before we should leave, they took away everything from the mini bar without telling the reason.

Review 2：Excellent location. There is a supermarket right at the hotel, which is very convenient. Nice breakfast. Wifi was free of charge.

Review 4：Seems they invested a lot in facelifting the hotel. I went there twice before in the last 7 years and it became a lot better.I travelled with a 5 monthly baby and it's the most convenient hotel for family holidays. Amazing facilities for kids, your own beach, restaurants, gym. Great valuebfor money. It's not swanky and fashionable but it's great. It's clean and comfortable and has everything you need. It's big enough not to get bored and kids have so much fun there. I didn't think their new sushi place was great in fact it was horrible un-japanese. It all tasted very bad! But the taverna was good, the other casual restaurant was good and the breakfast / set lunch buffet were good! So really sushi place being a failure didn't make a difference. Really overpriced and just bad cuisine - very unskilled chefs. The new luxury wing seems a bit dull. It used to be a hotel which I am guessing got bought and converted but it just didn't seem luxurious at all. I travel to amazing luxurious hotels and that wing was just not it. The palace downtown in dubai is luxury this is meh so so. I will go back with family next year (not to the new wing and no sushi lunches) but my kid will love it and hubby and I can relax :)

Review 5：Even though the hotel was an expensive one, basic facilities like electronic locker, WiFi etc. were available at additional charges. Usually these are included in the room rate. That should be looked in to.

Review 21：The staff was very rude, unwelcoming and condescending. Manager didn't help or prevent them in any way. The worst part is that the front desk attendant almost hustled about €400 from me effortlessly and tried to play it off like it was a misunderstanding!!

We asked about towel to buy for memory and was informed that it cost 15€ at the sand time lost towel cost 10€. Cleaning was very poor - they even didn't clean at all for the hole day. When we asked to do it - they clean just our part of the room And didn't even fill the children's beds. Very poor service

Review 46：The location of the hotel is perfect- near nissi beach.

Review 47：Its a scandal that this hotel markets its self as having 5 stars! Its at best 3 stars. I think the previous reviewers have all pointed out the defects of this hotel. Just a couple more, if not already mentioned before: - Very few lights in the bedroom - Curtains to not darken the room - ACON hardly ever worked - Nor did the fridge - Only one electrical outlet in the whole room (behind sofa)

Review 49：The indoor pool was not available and the standard of room was not what you would expect for a five star hotel - however we were upgraded to a suite which was excellent. The hotel in general is a little run down and needs attention to detail and we feel it is more like a three star hotel rather than a five.

Review 55：Price does not match the quality. Breakfast like in max. 3 star hotel, same limited variety every day and "juices" are mixed with water and sugar. For WiFi in room one has to pay for each device and at the end it does not work in that room!

There were no air condition in the changing rooms. Allowing people to swim with their t-shirts on inside the swimming pool. I didn't like the very slow performance of the housekeeping staff.

This is not a hotel worthy of having 5 stars

The bottom of the swimming pool had huge places where the floor cover was gone. The reception was obviously understaffed and they were very inneficient. Review 133：The sink in the bathroom was clogged up, the room was dark, with old dark furniture, no slippers in the room until we require them, very expensive room, some sockets were out of order, the sea floor is awful and dangerous, no towel cards given while checking in and no beach towels available in the room, poor breakfast for the 5-star hotel, poor service at the pool bar.

Review 135：I will start from my reservation.We weren't given the room we had booked-Classic Sea view room, they told that as if we had been upgraded to a Deluxe Wing instead. Unfortunately, we could receive the benefits of the upgrade. One of the managers said that we could say thanks to them for upgrading. The next days, I saw the same situation with other guy. Usually Deluxy Wing includes free wifi - there is NO free internet, the price for the internet is too high (32 Euro per week); NO complimentary tea/coffees available. There is no complimentary tea/coffee even during the nail spa and massage, although we paid for the processes approximately 75-125 Euro. Very late of the cleaning of the rooms. No fresh juices in the morning. The price of the restaurants (dinner especially) is too expensive, rather than normal. And in general, very expensive compared to their range facilities which hotel has. Although the sign please do not disturb place outside the door, knocking or phoned to ask permission to check the minibar, which was not reflected in the bill on the same day. Although we lived in Deluxe Wing, during the day time very noisy, due to the young generation. The other pools seem to be old and outdated. We were denied to have late check-out. Absolutely, It is not a 5* hotel, more likely a 4 star. Very poor night entertainment for adults. To tell the truth, I will not prefer to stay at this hotel again.
