Review 1：Additive $10 for breakfast was not worth what we were served.
Review 2：The property manager, Dani, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and assure a great stay.
Review 3：door lock didnt' work and they just told us not to worry it's safe here! pillows smelled of sweat a bit. otherwise room was clean and tidy.

Review 6：The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are clean and in good working order, with good showers. Danni met us from the boat and helped us carry the bags to the hotel which is just 100m from the dock. The rooms that overlook the river are the best for views and also ventilation. I don't think the others have windows so I would guess these could be quite hot even with the fans. The hotel rooms are upstairs and downstairs is a restaurant/bakery. Opposite there is a supermarket and I think all 3 are run as one business. We found Danni to be very helpful and friendly and to go out of his way to help. The breakfast options were good, and we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
Review 7：Dani was hard to get hold of. I had to wait nearly half an hour before he showed up so I could check in; the cleaner had to ask him to come several times before he showed up. The next day I had to change rooms. Again, no sign of Dani. I had to go to the local supermarket to try and find him, and they called him for me. Again, I had to wait about twenty to twenty-five minutes before he showed up. Then he walked straight past me and I had to ask him again for the keys for my new room. The second room had a horrible smell coming from the drains. When I asked him about it, he ignored me and just spoke about the TV. I thought he hadn't heard me, so asked again. He said yes, as in there was a bad smell, but again passed on to a new subject. The only time he came to find me to see if everything was alright was when he wanted paying. I found him to be rude and patronising and he spoilt a nice location. Also, no warm water. The rooms without the view are small and dark.

Review 9：Do not expect much of the accommodation in tortuguero. You should go there for the beauty of nature but expect no luxury or nightlife at all
