Review 1：One room air condition does not work
Review 2：Location is very silent ,with good view. The staffs are very friendly. Swimming poor and Sauna are very comfortable . Rooms are clean and big ,very suitable foe the family with kids .
Review 3：food was of poor quality, breakfast was moved to a very dirty unhygienic area. Bad/no connection on wifi. Price for such outdated facilities is too much!

Review 11：A long walk to town (40mins). No access to the fitness facilities which do not belong to the hotel and are an extra charge. Internal hotel signage was very poor. Exterior paint-work very shabby. Tv reception poor. Terrible shower mounted face- on rather than over the taps.
Review 12：The pub/bar in the basement was cosy and did nice bar food. Every room has a balcony - but it would be nice if they swept it.
Review 13：Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Rooms werefurnished early eighties and nothing had been renovated. There were notoiletries, the furniture were chipped and when someone used the toiletin the rooms around us it sounded like a waterfall. Everything elsewould have been fine if the service would not have been so appaling atthe reception. The young lady was nice and frienly, but the older ladylaughed when we asked whether a late check out was possible. White winewas also served warm in the over 30c heat, and when we asked for ice wewere explained that there is no way to get it. We would have neverbooked this hotel, but all the other hotels in the area were fullybooked. Trust me, there is a reason why this overpriced place had space.Nothing in this hotel is four star standard.
Review 14：The Dance bar is a "must". If you want to experience Germanthe Herman dancing the night away and admire mullets, this is the place.The breakfast is also normal German standards but don't expect fourstars there either.
Review 15：Location is actually across the Mosel river from Bernkastel. To go to restaurants you need a car or take a taxi as the hotel is up on the hill from the town of Kues.
Review 16：We booked the Hotel Moselpark Eventresort as all the other hotels in Bernkastel were booked. We liked the parking which was plentiful. We appreciated the elevator. And we enjoyed the comfortable beds, clean facility. The breakfast was very nice as well. We would definitely return to this hotel again. We took a taxi across to Bernkastel for dinner - the taxi was very quick to arrive and was not expensive.
