Review 1：wonderful breakfast buffet, amazing big and spacious room on the last floor. Free coffee/tea facilities in the lobby adn wonderful gym, well equipped and clean! It's the third year we come here, already planning for the next year.

Review 2：- breakfast is added automatically, even if you didn't book it on booking.com. If you prefer having your breakfast some place else, be sure to tell the staff at the latest when you check out.

Review 4：Only 8 free car park bays for a hotel with so many rooms. A few maintance problems with the bathroom , (sink blocked, extraction fan not work, shower screen doesn't close) ect

Review 6：The worst is that across the street it's a cemetary and that's your view from the rooms. It has some weird decorations, 70's style, with purple looking budda statues in front of the hotel and inside. Very thin walls, you can hear every step.

Review 12：The pillow was a bit too soft. It's a pity that restaurant was not available during weekend but the lady recommended a great Italian restaurant nearby.

Review 13：This hotel is beautifully furnished with many designer's accessories. The rooms were furnished in a modern way and spacious. The nicest thing were apples, coffee machine and cookies for free near reception. You can also take coffee with you. There is a great game room with billiards, mini ping pong, table football etc. They also have a well equipped gym with a massage arm chair. There is also a sun terrace and bikes at no additional cost but we didn't have time to use these. In the bathroom (not only in the room but also in all of them) there were beauty products, really useful for ladies. You can find everything you need in the room including sewing kit and shoe polish. Breakfast was one of the best we had, with variety of sweet and salty, nicely plated and fresh (buns and bread were crispy). We would definitely come back here.

We arrived at 4.15pm and the room they tried to give us had not been cleaned or changed from previous people and no balcony as requested and paid for. No one around at breakfast time when all the drinks had run out and other breakfast items. No one ever on reception.25 minute bus ride after a 7 min walk to it, to get to city. On busy main road overlooking cemetery. Very depressing hotel trying to look boutique

Review 18：Insulation fails, it is as if I had no room door. You will take note of everything that occurs in the lobby even on the upper floor. …it ensures you are aleady awake when the staff starts the vacuum cleaner at- 08:00.

Review 24：Though we had a double room we could only connect 1 device to the internet. We were not told this on check in so I wasted an hour trying to connect. Even after phoning downstairs I was not told. It also does not help to disconnect the device, you cannot switch to another. Also they have no CNN and no BBC. Euronews in mostly in German. They do have 3 Arab channels!!

Review 25：The interior is new and modern. I love the special "pillow room" where you can choose a special pillow from a selection. The room was very big and newly decorated. Location is about 10 minutes into Augsburg by car. We parked at the big shopping center and walked to the 'altstadt'.

Review 28：We found the Arthotel Ana to be very family friendly. We were in Augsburg for a football game, and this was in the perfect location. We used the fitness facilities while we were there, and it was very nice. The breakfast was also exceptional.

Review 30：The hotel is located two minutes from the tram station, witch drive directly to the center. The Room is full of facilities and was clean. Breakfast is very good with full of choise. Private Parking. There is some grass in the front of the hotel for the dog :)

Review 31：Our stay was very pleasant for good value in the beginning of Octoberfest. Not far from Munich and also Augsburg is a nice town. Breakfast was great! Staff is also friendly and responsive.

Review 32：No screens on the windows - hence- bugs and flies, hotel is quite south of the city, do not book at the time of Octoberfest, it seems there are rowdy visitors everywhere , in the hotel they came at 4 AM and woke everybody!

Review 122：I did not stay at the hotel since I booked the hotel one day earlier than my plan. When I arrived and I found that i booked the wrong date. The hotel was fully booked and the lady at the reception was kind and called and booked another hotel for us. Thanks.
