Review 1：The people working behind the bar Not friendly at all, they have issue with people . The room we got the A/C did not work to the potential. The room we got had a great view to the pool and ocean great to see iat night and morning..

Review 2：The food was excellent, the personel working the dinning was outstanding..the pool area was pretty nice and super clean.

Review 3：All the power goes off when you take your card key off, so you can't leave your phone charging in your room. Maybe there was a trick we didn't know about.

Review 4：Great location with great staff, right in front of the beach, a great pool, and everything really looks like it does in the hotel's official photos. Tasteful decoration. Helpful staff. You have local business within 5 minutes walk so you it is very convenient. We didn't even book a tour to any other beach because it was so great.

Review 5：Payment thru booking did not happen. I had to pay directly to the hotel. It was a little strange. No Vegetarian options for Breakfast.

Review 7：The location in the town was very good, in a slightly quieter area. Lovely pool and right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with two double beds and the breakfast very good with plenty of choice.

Review 8：Lounge chairs in pool area very uncomfortable. Not enough shade coverage in pool area. Hotel did not provide chairs and/or shade coverings on beach. Hotel insisted VAT tax had to be paid and would be returned by customs at airport. This was not the case, customs refused to return money stating VAT should not have been charged.

Review 10：The hotel shut off the water twice, once for several hours. There was no advance warning. The power went off once, but not for long. The "hot" food at the breakfast buffet was never hot - it's too windy where they serve to keep the burners lit. The staff were a bit stingy with coffee, we had to keep asking.

Review 11：You are on the beach (it was very windy in March) and you are close to Tayrona National Park. There are restaurants within an easy walk. The room was nice, with a good ocean view.

Review 12：I expected better seafood from a hotel restaurant on the beach with fishing boats adjacent to us. Construction going on at 5th floor didn't allow for sleeping late in the mornings.

Review 14：The ladies at the reception wwere extremely rude and did not care to help except for this one guy (poor him). They wanted to charge us double the amount we paid through Booking as supposedly they couldn't find my reservation through booking (thank god I insisted and printed it for proof). I finally go the price I booked it for! We were staying in the same building as the reception (apparently there is another building or tower) and the Wi-fi was not efficient at all always disconnecting us and having us put our passport number and room number every time. Very ANNOYING! The rooms are quite old and not isolated at all! We were facing the elevators so regularly we could here the door slamming it was horrible! (They have a very old lift I don't even know why they use it it's so noisy and another one that's modern and quiet) We reserved a guiding tour through the lady facing the reception for Tayrona Park. It was a great experience! A Must do! Take a guide!

Review 48：Hotel was built in the 50s . Furniture in the rooms are very old and used up. Extraordinarily you have to pay the whole stay in advance. This happend to us the first time. The tents at the beachfront for the Hotel guest are in a very bad and lousy condition. If you want to use the better tents, you pay an extra charge.

(plenty of warm food, but for European continental breakfast there is almost nothing. All bread is sweet and almost no wholewheat bread. - Rooms are very light because there are no proper curtains. - Service at swimming pool bar is lacking (you really have to wave at them for them to come instead of someone passing by every now and then to ask if you would like something). - Life-guard does pool-bar work and therefore is not all the time focused on children in the pool. - For the amount of money (US$ 170 per night) you would expect much better.
