Review 1：One thing we failed to realise on booking.com was that there was anadditional 22% gst charge on all of the accommodation. When paying thismuch its quite alot not to have budgeted for.

Review 2：Our stay was simply amazing. We went for our honeymoon and were notdisappointed. We were quite literally in paradise, the staff wereamazing and the food was delicious. There were many events put on toensure guests had no chance of being bored, along with phenomenal divingand snorkelling, you can also use kayaks free of charge. Moofushi wasfantastic!

Review 3：Hotel asked 150$ for late check-out, though it is quite expensive already and could have provided these 2 extra hours free of charge. Spa was good, but prices are way too high.

Review 4：Beautiful island. Excellent diving, especially to see big fish (sharks, manta and eagle rays). Water Villa is excellent as you don't have to go anywhere if don't want to. You can swim and sunbath at villa. Quality of food is very good. Food and drinks included, so you can enjoy yourself without worrying how much it will cost.

Review 5：Limited food selection after some days (especially breakfast), long transition time in Male (cannot be influenced by hotel, but is still a nuisance), high number of guests (up to 290) hinder individual service attendance

Review 7：Whe didn't like the bill, when we checked out, as booking.com website usually gives hotel prices without taxes and we didn't have the clue, that the tax is 22% + other smaller taxes. Would be nice to show hotel prices with taxes. Also, seaplane return trip for 2 persons from Male airport to the hotel was USD 1100, which in our opinion is too expensive, given the fact, that this was not some private flight, the plane was full of people. But this is not addressed to the hotel, as seaplane company is supposedly completely independent airline company.

Review 8：We liked almost everything! We stayed at senior water villa and it was very nice, we went to swim and snorkelling right from our villa.The all-inclusive included all meals and for our nice surprise also large variety of wines and other spirits. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we had couple of small issues, which they handled quickly and professionally. Diving was great, we loved the staff there!

Review 10：Impressive location with white sand banks. Interesting reef for snorkeling all around the island. The staff of the hotel is a big team of great professionals.

Review 11：the island is "fogged" to ensure bugs are rare but this did not extend to our water villa and so we had a large volume of moths inside that kept getting in all our clothes and any uncovered drinks ended up with a few luttle flies swimming - but given how amazing everything else was this wasnt a massive issue for us.

Review 12：this place was outstanding. best all inclusive we have ever stayed in. staff were really friendly, food was good, cocktails were amazing and the entertainment wasnt cheesy like in some all inclusive resorts. particular highlight was the wine tasting in the water with the fish and sharks swimming around. thevwater villas were fantastic - such an amazing view to wake up to.

Review 13：We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of this trip. The senior water villa was spacious and comfortable. We loved the open air tub and the secluded porch looking over the crystal blue water. The staff were friendly and helpful at every turn. The spa was incredibly beautiful and most relaxing. Snorkeling on the house reefs, we saw a sea turtle and a shark among many other sea creatures. We also had several amazing adventures with the PADI dive staff with whom we saw a manta ray. Wonderfully memorable romantic trip!

Review 14：Glass bottom boat was a bit disappointing...if we wanted to see something we had to lay down on the floor.

Review 18：the only thing that we didnt like was the whale shark excursion. We paid 500 dolars to go and it was nothing that we expected for... we stayed around 7 hours on a boat in total in the meadle of nowhere and 5 of this hours was looking fot a whale shark to be with it for only 3 seconds. Some of preople saw it and some of prople didnt. We reagreated spent our last day in male in this excursion instead of enjoy the hotel. Waste of time and money.

Review 25：I am pregnant and have food allergies that lead me to have a limited diet. the head chef showed me around each night to let me know what I could and couldnt eat. If there wasn't an option for me available, he would make something special just for me. Now thats service!

Review 27：1. We love how friendly and helpful the staff are. 2. For the all-inclusive deal, the food and drinks are of very good quality and variety. Take a drink whenever you want, no pressure. 3. There are a lot of activities you can do on the around the island. At the same time, if you want to have a lazy day just lay around, you can totally enjoy the quietness and privacy on the island. 4. View is amazing from our water villa. The villa itself has our favorite tribal/wooden/bamboo style. We have direct access to the ocean from our villa. Our friend stayed in Beach villa, we visited their place, which is also amazingly beautiful and with great privacy. 5. Amazing place for snorkeling and diving. We saw turtles and super beautiful fishes.

Review 29：This is what the staff told us once we have arrived and sure they made it feel likewise. The quality of food and service was above our expectations specially the wide variety of food and wine. The marine life arround the island was breathtaking. The bar opens up to midnight which gives an additional taste to your ur stay since not many resorts offers nightlife options. The welcome from the airport until we checked in was extremely 7 star service that i have never experienced. Thank you for the team working together to make this vacation something we are going to talk about for years.

Review 31：Everything was taken care of from the moment we stepped off the plane. Check in was swift. The staff are all exceptional. The food wine and cocktails were outstanding. My husband did a number of dives and were all the best he has experienced to date.

Enjoyed very much the diving with very nice and funny dive personal.

Review 35：The resort is excellent! Just like the pictures. Their all inclusive system is very good and my husband and I liked the food very much. We stayed in a water bungalow and could go snorkeling right from the stairs in it. The staff was very good, specially Rifkhan, Alino, Jaufar, Nazi and Hassan.

Review 63：Maldives - in general are expensive. Once you get over this small detail then you will love everything about it.

We were entitled to lunch and cocktails from the moment we arrived and also until our seaplane departed on the last day (PM). The island was small, intimate and perfect in every way. 5 days was not enough, we could have easily spent 2 weeks here.

The hospitality and sincere care of the hotel in meeting the diverse needs of such a great party is highly appreciated. Though noting is perfect, the positive attitude and drive of the staff affirms us that the hotel definitely worths for repeated visits! Amongst the activities, sailing and fishing are must to try. The hotel can offer non-stop activities to fill-up every minute, from breakfast to after dinner disco with inclusive drinks and food! What a memorable Christmas ever!

Review 71：transportation by sea plane might effect your staying hours @ island, it is organized by trans-maldivian airlines and may not suit to your flight time. It might be difficult with 9 months baby, Food selection was not the best but good enough, except Wine selection, service hours of restaurant is limited. Island was windy for couple of days, i wonder if it is always like that.

Review 72：Once you are there you feel lucky. perfect location, great staff, beautiful beach, beach villa is really comfortable and big enough, bare foot concept was great. it was great to be there with 9 months baby Turkish Airlines lost our baby stroller at the airport, Constance Staff did a big effort to find it, it was hard job because there was no luggage sticker on stroller as we gave it at the gate of plane, we also lost the "lost form" given at the Male airport, we got it when we were going back our country, they found it at Colombo Sri Lanka,

Great staff, beautiful beach,great food, delicious cheeseselection, awesome all inclusive Wine and Drink list (premiuminternatinal spirits and wine) with Internacionally trained sommeliers.Beautiful and confortable big rooms. The restaurants have sand floor. Its all just pure relaxation, great switching off from the real world and charging your batteries. mac mini computer in the room with a huge (200+) selection of movies (all free of charge). Wish i could return every couple of month...

Review 74：The last day, due to the sea plane transfer delay, we were kept at thehotel's departure lounge from check out time 12 until 6 pm, whereeach hour, me our my husband were going to the reception to get somenew information because nobody informed us during the day. Also, beforewe arrived to the hotel, we mentioned that my husband is allergic toseafood so our food selection was limited but at the lounge, there wasnothing else other than salmon burgers. When we've asked for aPringles box, which are all fulfilled at the rooms, they told us thatit is not possible to give which made us get disappointed. Also, if youget hungry between the hours 4pm and 7.30pm, there is no food that youcan supply.

Review 75：It is a lovely, honeymoon hotel. All exclusive standard is really good.

Review 76：Be aware of the taxes that will be charged over each price you see. Butit seems to be everywhere on Maldives. Ex. To a final price frombooking.com you will be charged additionally about 20% of taxes on thecheck out. If you decide to go for a whale shark trip, instead of 500usdper couple you wll pay 550usd etc., same on other extra paid services(You may not see the shark during the trip but there is no refund later.It happens that the shark does not appear, note that. Diving center is aseparate businnes). Apart from that, it is all great.

Review 77：Senior Water Villa was a great choice! It's spacious, with awonderful view, just a few steps away from the ocean and a coral reef.You do not actually need to go to the beach because it is a lot moreconvenient to stay in the villa during the day. The all incl cristalpackage is really superb, includes a wide variety of wine, alcohol,smoothies etc. Additionally all water sports are for free (except forthe lessons of course). Food was delicious and the service is 10/10.We stayed there for a week in April and it was realy relaxing, bestholidays we had ever. Even though the hotel was fully booked one cannotfeel that at all, there is no rush, no occupied sun beds, no crowd inthe restaurants. Just great!

Review 79：Management was more concerned with talking to and welcoming European guests. Many do speak foreign languages so are keen to show this off. As a consequence, Asian guests are frequently neglected. As an Australian of Asian appearance, I did not feel any warmth from many of the staff there despite having no communication problems with them. If you look Asian, consider looking elsewhere for better service.

Review 80：Location was beautiful - just like the pictures you see in the magazines. All inclusive means all meals, drinks, even minibar (replenished daily) are included (except for more expensive types of alcohol). Open bar all day. Lots of sea life to see when snorkeling. Buffet meals reasonably good.

Review 81：Spa area was a little lacking plus hard to book. Cancellation policies are also onerous having to give 24hrs notice. Food could have been a little more refined; was good enough given all inclusive but some finesse could have made it really good.

The hotel will contact guests to fill out a credit card authorisation form after their booking.Guests must advise arrival and departure flight details and the date of birth of any children under the age of 18 travelling with parents (for reservation of seaplane transfers) at the time of booking, at least 72 hours prior to arrival.Upon arrival at Male International Airport, guests will be guided to take a 10-minute bus ride to Constance Lounge at the MAT (Seaplane) Airport. Waiting time at the seaplane lounge may be 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the number of arrivals. The actual seaplane ride to the resort will take 35 minutes.Till October 31, 2015 the seaplane transfers will cost USD 240 per child (2-11 years old) for both ways (include taxes).
