Review 16：We spent four nights at this hotel. To the front is a very busy main road and to the rear is an industrial estate, but on the plus side, it is ony a short tram ride to the town centre. We chose thishotel due to its central location for touring, car parking and the bistro. We were disappointed to find the bistro is only open in the winter. We therefore opted to eat in the main restaurant or sat outside on the patio. Its noisy sitting outside! Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It had the benefit of a fridge, microwave and small hob should you wish to prepare your own meals. Whilst we were there, the daytime temperatures were well into the mid 30's but the room did have air conditioning. That would have been perfect but the aircon unit is above the door where you enter the room and there is an archway between the kitchen area and the living area preventing the aircon from cooling the main area. We had four really superb evening meals and the ONE waitress who was obviously over stretched did a fantastic job. The breakfast was without doubt the best I have experienced in years. It had everything you could imagine and more. On checking out I paid by a Travelex Cash Passport which I had pre-loaded with Euro's, but for some inexplicable reason, the receptionist put the transaction through in sterling. When I returned home and calculated the difference between my pre-loaded card and the hotel exchange rate the diference was significant - not impressed.

Review 17：The staff was not polite. Even I had a request for nut free breakfast for my child, they were not able to provide one. The people working in the restaurant were rude and not helpful. Finally they have cancelled the charge for our breakfast.

Review 22：Don't eat supper in the restaurant, we made this mistake on the first night. The service is dead slow, the pizzas are terrible and our waitress mixed up some orders. The wifi only lets you use 1 device at a time, you have to register with email address, personal details etc. at a 3rd party to use more. No air conditioning in the rooms, only stand fans, so the summer heatwave (30+ degrees C) made sleeping somewhat bad.

Review 29：The hotel is out of town but do not be put off as the tram is a 5-minute walk away and runs every 10 minutes or so, taking you to the centre in less than 15 mins. The two young people at reception were very welcoming and helpful and we were so grateful to be upgraded to a Comfort Room ( very light and roomy). Air conditioning was a bliss as temperature outside was well above 30 degrees. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Review 50：Best breakfast buffet I've seen in Europe, and it's included in the room rate--no additional cost! The buffet will please both European and American palates--plenty of rolls, meats, cheeses, as well as hot dishes with eggs, bacon, pancakes, and even made to order omelets. They have fruits and cereals as well. You can choose fruit juices to drink or have a variety of hot drinks from their handy dandy machine (fabulous hot chocolate ;-) The service was exceptional--particularly in the breakfast area. This is our second time to stay here within a couple of months--and we returned because of the great breakfast and wonderful room rates. We also discovered the underground parking this time--nice not to have to clean off the car if it snows or simply to stay dry loading/unloading the car when it's rainy. We've always been just passing through, but if you were to stay and discover Augsburg you also have the option of using the kitchen facilities in the room.

Review 62：The staff were all friendly and helpful except I had to ask 3 times for a baby crib to be set up in the room starting with a confirmed email and 2 more times at the desk. The receptionist quickly brought it up herself at the end but the initial confirmed e-mail should have had it set up in the room when we initially arrived.

When you enter the room there's a little table, couch bed and kitchenette, then the hall with lots of closet space, bathroom and then the main bedroom separated which was nice. Always an amazing breakfast with everything you can imagine from cappuccinos to omelets, pancakes, and so much more!

Review 64：Small complaint that into our non-smoking room some cigarrette smoke came in through ventilation. Also it was not nice that the lounge with the games was smoking area. Would be perfect if smoking was allowed only outside the building. Also some traffic noise from the road, but that's acceptable with the good connections.

The facilities were over-the-top complete: spa tub, sauna, sun bed, lounge with pool table, air hockey, and fuss-ball table; internet office for guest use. There was a live plant in our room - a live plant! Room was nicely appointed with a kitchenette, heated tile floor in the entry and bath area; interesting message on the bath mirror; unique TP holder; prices for room service food were VERY reasonable; breakfast was incredible - never seen anything like it! Dinner in the restaurant was very good, reasonably priced, and service was great. Highly recommend!

Review 70：The downside of this hotel is the location and it does not look very nice from the outside. It is located in a business area outside of the city center. There are only little drawers in the room.

Review 74：Great hotel for infants and pets. When I booked the hotel, I added a comment that I had a 20-month old child, and the hotel had a baby bed (pack n play style) setup in the room. It was a high quality baby bed. I brought my 2 dogs, as well, and they were able to stay free of charge.
