Review 1：The location if the hotel is excellent, especially if you get a room with sea view. The building is a bit old and rooms are basic, but it is a very good ratio quality/price.

Review 2：Front desk people were not helpful. I had a couple simple requests and they were unhelpful. View on internet is not the same view of room - Misleading.

Review 6：Facilities are quite old. Toiletries, only soap, shampoo and shower cream are free, other things like toothbrush or toothpaste are not and really expensive. Shower space is tiny. The bed is small, only double bed size even though they said that it's queen size.

The breakfast is very low quality the most amazing it is from 6 to 10 am being El Rodadero place where the people enjoy all night long up to early morning. It is a 2 star facility.

I was on the 10th floor, but street noise is still audible as well as beach noise at night, but i did spend evenings away from the location. the bathroom is small and quite dated, could do with upgrade. the apartment door is wooden and noise of other guests outside can be heard. the room door locked is operated with key and has large keyring attached.

Review 15：beach was a walk across the road, and restaurants were a short walk up the street and a couple of blocks behind. main town plaza was a short taxi ride.

Review 18：All the stuff was really nice and helpfull, The only problem was with one lady (in the age of 40 more or less) who was working at the reception the night we arrived at the hotel. We have made I mistake on the booking and instead of 2 nights we have booked only one. So this night we had no place to stay and see was not helpful at all. We asked from her the wifi code of the hotel so as to look on the internet for an other hotel, and she said "sorry , the internet is only for the clients. Now please go because I need some room here" That person is destroying the general picture of the hotel. I am so sorry I had to meet her.

Review 19：Customer service was horrible. We came to Cartagena to visit grandma. We went to st marta for 2 nights and my gusband who is Canadian forgot his passport but brough his ictizenship. The staff would not let us check in even with a citizenship in which is an ID!. They would not give us a solution, but a huge problem. They suggested to go to immigration services in which in Colombia you should never EVER! Go there if you dont have your passport as the army can take you right away. The staff was very rude. In the end we found a pic of his passport on his email. Thank goodness. We called from our room to frobt desk several times and they never picked up. They gave us a survey to fill out t the end of our stay and when we have it back, she read it and asked why we rate them poorly! A survey is annonymous!!!! This lady had big attitude and very rude. Will never ever go back to this place.

Review 20：The location was great a the beach is right infront of the hotel. Had a great bakery beside the hotel and very handy to find restaurants. Rooms were ok. Cleanliness was good.

Review 52：The receptionist who checked us in was extremely rude and put all the information wrong on a form she insisted we signed (from number of nights, to nationality). We ordered room service and the chicken sandwich was not good at all. The rooms are very simple, they could use a bit more decorations (minor detail though)

Great sea view from the bed. The hotel is right in front of the beach. Despite other comments, we didn't get bothered with noise and we're sensitive to it normally.
