Review 1：Our reservation got confused by hotel stuff as we arrived to the hotel. Instead of getting 2 rooms for 4 persons each we got 1 room for 2 and 2 room for 4 people. An extra bed was added to one of the rooms but the surprise at our arrival was not positive.

Review 2：Terrific proximity to Valtice's touristic sites, very pleasant and helpful staff, and extremely clean rooms and facilities made it a pleasurable stay. Plus, great to see that it's all got wheelchair access. Also, great to have both car parking (free) and locked storage for bicycles.

Review 3：When 14 of us had food I think it was a little too much to handle as the food came out at different time leaving 1 man left whilst everyone finished their food and went for a rest he still was waiting.

Review 8：Restaurant was very good. Restaurant staff very friendly (Petra). Front desk helpful. Close to castle, restaurants etc. Clean. Wine cellar tours just steps away...a very good thing!!

Review 10：Excellent price/value combination, very nice hotel with a friendly and committed staff. I loved it. The hotel is barrier-free, has lift and a disability-friendly room. Some people here complained about the fact that breakfast included in the price is just tea/coffee and a piece of cake and one needs to pay 100 CZK or 4 EUR for a bigger breakfast set. I personally like this solution - some people don't eat breakfasts or prefer to prepare sandwiches on their own, or eat somewhere else. The restaurant is available and fine.
