Review 1：Not really bad, but for our standards, cleanliness not excellent, we stayed during new year holidays and the hotel was almost full. The rooms were not cleaned till 1600 due to short of staff which was not our problem and once they were done, due to rush, not well cleaned rooms.

Review 3：Not enough parking space. Had to change room because heating was not working properly.At first the staff would not change the room and it was only changed as late as 9p.m when we demanded it and refused to stay any longer. Have to pay for wifi. The restaurant area is cold.

Review 10：rude staff, there were hair in the bath, not 24h reception, not security during night, someone was hitting our door at 5 a.m., called the reception to tell them no one was there and the front door was open so could be no one. the top of them, we were late 13 minutes to ckeck out and they take 10 euros via our visa we used to pay not even informing us they just gave us the receipt.

Review 17：A big surprise, receptionist upgrade our room to executive suite, she gave as free wifi. The staff was truly amazing, helpful and very warm. This hotel is in the center and very close to the beach and the harbour only few steps. Is very clean and the price was amazing.

Review 18：The staff was awful and not very welcoming and helpful. They weren't able to provide with a basic tourist information we needed such as local buses and restaurants. Horrible!!! Also, a very strange wifi policy. We booked through Booking.com which said that we have free wireless internet, and we did for ONLY two devices. We were told that they charge for additional codes. I didn't like that at all.

Review 19：A very beautiful hotel with everything you need for a perfect vacation. It is a bright place with a summer feeling even though we were visiting in November. The breakfast was very good and diverse.

If I had to mention a few areas for improvement: the gym (total disaster), the room cleaning (more tidying up than proper clean), the wifi (weak and paid) and lack of pool/beach towels. But these were really minor details!

Friendly staff, always happy to cooperate. We received complimentary wine and fruits on arrival and several other surprises during our stay.

Review 79：Love the location which is close to our favourite fish taverna at the harbour! The hotel itself is quite nice, but I found the room wasn't very clean, and one of the spare pillows had a dirty pillow case. It wasn't unbearable, and as such I would go again.

And the worse thing is that whenever you ask for anything you have to go yourself to reception and collect it. No way this hotel could be a four stars.

Review 85：Need to get WIFI, it's a service that will determine whether people stay or not . I got around it by ensuring that any meals throughout the day I made sure they had WIFI. I'm already paying for my meal so I have the benefit of their services, and I keep going back.

Sea and pool view are very peaceful, near the harbor, many pubs and restaurants, you can go by walking or rent a bike, quad-bike, buggy. The breakfast is not the best, but is sufficient. In the airport our baggage was missing, but in the reception, everyday they helped us, and call to the airport to solve the situation, very kindly people in cyprus. If we return to Ayia Napa, we will stay again in Limanaki Beach Hotel.

The hotel is very good located and you have inthe most rooms a beautiful sea view. There is the karousos near thehotel where you can rent 2 beds and 1 umbrella for 6 euros per day. Whenyou want to party, you only have to walk 10 minutes and you are in theenviron of many clubs.

Review 98：I really liked the room and the pool. The room was shiny and clean with modern decoration. Moreover, the pool was always clean.

Review 99：There was an accident with my car at the parking side of the hotel and as a result my car was full of water inside. I told them I will take the car for a damaged check and will advice them further on the potential damage. The manager promised to call me to see how it went and he never did!. They did not ever offer me a discount on my stay ,just one dinner cost of 30e on the night of the damage. Also there was no cleaning of my room the following day (and I was staying with 2 small children) no towels no emptying of the bins. (I had to do this on my own) Basically no client care at all.
