Review 1：Shame the hotel bistro wasn't open however the staff were very good with restaurant suggestions and use of their oven.

Review 3：The kitchenettes in the rooms with en-suite facilities have no oven and would benefit from having at least a microwave oven.

Review 5：It felt like we had been sent to prison (not that we have experienced this!). Celerina was very quiet with nothing to do - there was nobody about. We wouldn't stay there ever again!

Review 7：The concrete walls and ceilings give the building the feel of a bunker but the room itself was quite pleasant. The room was spacious and the kitchenette had everything we needed. We stayed two nights and had a transport/mountain lifts pass included which was very handy. They even let us use the pass on the day we checked out.

Review 17：Both our apartmensts had very bad wifi especially the second floor where the wifi signals did not work at all. On Saturday, there was party going on till 2:30am with loud music, noise that ut was ahrd to sleep. It was a warm & muggy night so wanted to open the windows but couldn't do it due the loud neighbours & their music (even with wondows closed it was very loud). The hotel has this raw & contemporay theme which we personally like it but the walls need paint as some guests might be allergic to the exposed cement walls & it's chemicals/paint smell. Breakfast was also very below average.

Review 18：Loft apartments were nice. We stayed in 2 different kind of loft apartmentd and both were spacious escpecially the bugger lof had really nice layout & kitchen.

Would be better if there are more space between the sofa bed and kitchen as cooking may stink up the bed. There is a small window where we can look at the sky at night - cool as I love stargazing. The apartment had a very high ceiling - we loved it. Cost wise we think it is very reasonable and quality was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay!

Review 32：The corridoors are plain concrete which gives the impression of a prison. The lounge area is the same but with a few large paintings on the walls. It could do with a coat of paint. The wine was expensive but I guess it is Switzerland. Check before you buy.

Review 45：The family suite is smaller than we expected. It has an open kitchen concept with very limited space. I found the reception staff not very knowlegable. We were going to take Bernina Express in the monring and the staff told us that the train stops at the nearby station. Fortunately we checked at the station and it does not stop.

Review 59：It wasn't indicated to us, that the room we are booking is without natural light and facing to a car repair station on which work starts at 6:30 a.m. So the noise and the car gas will wake you up. Further the air flow is not solved in the room, so it is damp. The feeling you get is that you are spending a night in a prison cell.

Review 65：The room was very cold. The heating didn't work, it was 11 o'clock but there was no one at the reception to deal with our problem. After an uncomfortably cold night, we addressed to the reception and we were told that the hotel policy was to cut down the heating for temperatures above 20 C degrees, however it was 4 C degrees at night, but no one cared... Their only option was to provide us with extra blankets...

Soft pillows and duvets, great value for money, close-ish to good restaurants, a bakery and the Coop, close to great hikes, very clean, stylish in a practical utilitarian way, nice to be able to make coffee and breakfast in the morning (or a simple dinner at night) if you don't feel like going out. For the price, an absolute winner.

Review 127：Fire alarm going off late at night with no intercom message for the guests telling us it was just the kids messing about, drunk Europeans talking to each other loudly in a secure hallway in front of our room late at night, spending over 200 dollars on the room and not even getting free shampoo-we had to buy it from the front desk, shower curtain didn't stay inside the tiny shower stall so water ended up all over the bathroom floor requiring all of the spare towels to soak up the mess, not getting an included breakfast after paying over 200 dollars (an additional 15 CHF per person, having the room face an industrial building a few meters away where workers arrived super early in the morning waking us up, and having 50 or so school kids sharing the All in One Hotel while they were in ski-camp, doing what all pre-teens tend to do up and down the hallways all evening long. Very bummed at the entire experience.
