Review 4：Position of the hotel is excellent and all the staff are very geared up to make sure the guests are very happy at all times. The General Manager takes time out to speak to his guests and also appeared at a cocktail party for regular stayers. The PR representative is also excellent and makes a point of speaking to as many guests as she can throughout each day. All the reception staff are excellent and as a first port of call make you feel at home immediately on checking in. Special mention must be made for Xenis Head barman and his staff and George restaurant manager who all give excellent customer satisfaction. All drinks and food are of a high standard and the buffet breakfast is excellent. The hotel rooms are kept very clean by a staff of very friendly and efficient cleaners. The SPA run by the excellent Bella is also a must for a visit. At night the restaurants and Pepper bar are excellent venues with friendly and very professional staff. The food and drinks are all priced reasonably and of a high standard in quality. If you intend taking a holiday in Ayia Napa this is the only hotel to stay at. Myself and my twin brother have stayed her on numerous occasions and hope to return soon.

Review 5：Me and my partner booked a honeymoon suite which was a nice room but far too noisy from 11pm till early hours due to the music coming from the adjacent bar a short distance away. We struggled to sleep most nights which was frustrating and disappointing.

Review 7：I read that there is a free wifi and therevis a safe box inside the room. The free wifi is only in the lobby u have to pay for wifi in rooms 8 euros for 1 day which is expensive moreover you have to pay for the safebox which is inside your room never saw this before.

Review 16：The bed sheets in both rooms were stained most probably from the washing mashines. The girl at the reception advised us that they use the the latest models of washing mashines, but the stains looked like rust. Also you expect that at a 5 star hotel they will have sheets that fit the large beds and not cover them partly! Although the renovated room we moved generally looked good, the doors and the toilet looked old. If you renovate a room my opinion is that you replace everything, otherwise the result is kind of slovenliness.

Review 17：We liked the fact that the girls at the reception were very friendly and that they gave us the option to move to a better room when we saw ours that was not amonst the ones renovated. Big comfortable bed, nice tv.

Review 18：Not a 4 star hotel. Cleanliness was average. Wifi only in public areas and even when I paid €30 for the week for in room wifi, it didn't work most of the time. Had to pay €8 to use the safe. Can get loud and rowdy at all hours which was okay for us but might not be okay for some.

Review 24：We had a slight issue with the payment for the wifi. Where we were almost charged twice. It was resolved but I would recommend holding onto receipts to prove that you paid. The floor in our room was a lil bit dirty on our day of arrival. And the lighting was a bit dim in our room.

Review 36：I had to pay for the WiFi and it costs 8 EUR for 24H - I get a subscription for the whole month for 8 EUR and it's not working good, the Internet speed is very slow and disconnects often. Electronic keys stop working and you have to go to the reception to get a new one. I paid for a double room and added 100 USD for three nights and what I got was two single beds connected !! - one of the most expensive hotels in Ayia Napa but doesn't worth the money we paid.

Review 46：Best location near clubs district, so you're back home 5 min after. Nice room, fully darkened to sleep late mornings. Very friendly and attentive personnel, they help you, they will not disturb you. Good pool so you will face a hard choice to go to the beach or stay near it. SPA with a fan of her profession. Hotel restaurants and Pepper bar are the main ones for the whole town and for its main street. Absolutely no kids since that's not the hotel for vacations with kids. Private parking for your rented bike or quad.

Review 47：Stayed 1 night in Superior poolside room and never again , had NO SLEEP the noise from the clubs some with outside music This hotel is great for party people that sleep all day and party all night, I love having fun but 2am and I am ready to sleep which sadly is impossible at this hotel when the party goers stopped at 6am the cleaners hoovers started at 7am

Review 56：Napa is Ina. Great location for shops, food, beach and partying. This hotel was quiet (which I've seen is hard to get in this area). The main bus stop from Larnaca is directly outside this hotel which is very handy. The rooms were great! I asked for an inland view and got a great view over the entire place inside with the pool. Very spacious, amenities provided and comfortable. Breakfast which I had included was delicious!

Review 61：Only a ridiculous or miserly event In last day, after checkout, I asked permission to charge the battery of my telephone (half our). We spent only in this hotel more than 2000 Euro in 6 days, but the fair-haired woman receptionist asked for 5 euros. I had plenty of money but I refused to accept to be robbed. To the internet cafe, close to Napa Plaza hotel, it cost 1 euro for 30 min.

Review 70：When I arrive at the hotel they gave me a room with a broken door, the break in the door would allow for anyone to slip a card between the door and the door frame and break in to room if they wanted. When I told the staff this they got angry and were very disrespectful. From there on it just went downhill. You're better off staying somewhere a little bit further from the square and getting a hotel like treatment. Napa Plaza was a terrible experience

Review 80：I dislike "you must pay for everything attitude" (for safe deposit box, for Internet, for better room, even they asked for deposit for electricity adapter, and even may charge you for "damaged towels" on the pool) and they have "don't do this and that attitude" so annoying on vacation. Too expensive, overrated hotel, that needs reconstruction (poor floor, beds too soft, old furniture), poor non-interested and lazy staff with few exceptions, hotel is not very close to beach, difficult to find between many restaurants / no hotel mark anywhere.
