Review 1：We were not aware that it was rooms in a family home as it was advertised as a boutique hotel. No room keys and the rooms smelt musty, shower tray fifthly. Very expensive despite the discount for last minute booking.

Review 6：From the moment we entered, we were made to feel at home. The staff/owners went out of their way to make our 3 day stay pleasant. Without question this was the most comfortable place we stayed at in Chile. The food was excellent with different kuchen each morning. We ate dinner there twice and it was excellent each time. We hope to be returning soon.
Review 7：Bathroom was a little bit small but well equipped, probably because we were in the smallest room type.
Review 8：Breakfast, every day different cake and excellent selection of quality food. The hotel is located very close to the city but you feel like you were far away from it, the room had a beautiful view. At evening we enjoyed some drinks close to the fire place in the lounge. We followed also a recommendation that we found in booking.com to try the lamb prepared by Roberto and we had a nice lunch with some relatives that we invited and it was really nice.
