Review 1：The only slightly odd thing is that you walk in to the room via the bathroom but the rooms are comfortable and large.

Review 3：We had to wait for more than 15 min a member of the staff for opening the cigar cave. She never came. That was very disappointing. There was a party or something at the hotel so it was clear the staff was quite busy however I would have preferred she told us it wasn't possible right now instead of waiting for nothing. Breakfast was expensive.

Review 4：Great decoration. We had dinner a 2:00AM and the bar was still serving food that was awesome! Very good breakfast and nice staff. The room was very comfortable.

Review 5：I hate the fact that hotels in Dusseldorf triple their prices during Medica. When room was serviced, little things were missede.g a dirty coffee cup left on desk, and no refill for creamer. Small points but at $700 a night, you expect near perfect servicing.

Review 10：I booked for 2 rooms. When i reseved at the hotel after checking in the first room i asked the receptionist to locate the other room next to us. Since there wasnt a room next to us that is the same as the one i booked, theyve upgraded us to a better room. Which made me very happy. On our second day of stay the bell rang. It was one of the room service employees which asked if we needed anything. So we asked for water which he gladly provided complimentarily

Review 15：It is truly a 5 star hotel. A superb location. A new and modern hotel. I asked for a room on one floor superior and we were offered a room on the 15th floor of 17. The room is a little small but has a nice and interesting layout. The room is luxurious and has nice details. The view is extraordinary. Although not a cheap hotel, value for money is pretty good, considering the conditions and the 5 -star hotel. Great TV media channels with many options. The bathroom and shower are extraordinary. Everything from 9 plus. Really recommend this hotel.

Review 17：Beautiful decor, very efficient and friendly staff, everything had been thought of and covered - you could want for nothing. The bar and lounge area are very comfortable.We had our dog with us, they had even provided a leather cushoined bed for him with 2 bags of organic dog treats, a bottle of water, & a welcoming letter (to the dog) stating the rules of the hotel in a very humorous way. Fabulous hotel.

Review 28：I have just stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. I will definitely return for another time here. The facilities are very good and the hotel Location and veiw are also great.

Review 30：We travelled as a family of 6 and all our 3 rooms had the perfect view. The staff from our arrival made sure our check in was quick and worry free. During our stay my son suffered from a horrible toothache and the staff at the front desk looked for a dentist and made sure we had an appointment. I asked for a late check our at 1 pm and the lady offered to check bus out at 2 that way we had enough time to get back from the dentist. Our stay in Hyatt dusseldorf was spectacular and I will highly recommend this hotel.

Review 49：Somebody has forgot his socks under the bed.and front reception does notcare what customer will think about ''the decison of the room-inwhich flat'' and also they ask for 40 euros to switch the bedking size in upper floors. Review 51：Yes, the view from the room was worth it, even though we stayed on the 7th floor - I guess on an upper floor it would have been even better. I can't explain how they didn't think, in a tower like this, about a bar/café lounge on top of the bulding (there's only a lounge reserved for club-something guests). There is a terrace, yes, but on the ground floor. When getting to our room we had the feeling it had been prepared and left in a hurry: drawers open; one dustbin on the desk, another one on the lady's toilette table... Comfortable room and bed though. No swimming pool but a nice spa. We found breakfast at 32€ p.p. was a bit exaggerated. Overall we had a nice stay, and we loved the Medienhafen area, but we wonder whether, considering the price, you can't find better value in the city.

Review 53：Superbly comfortable room with a beautiful view over the former harbour and the city. Reception, service and restaurant staff are real professionals. Nothing was too much trouble. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast buffet is quite superb (at unbeatable value). From a design and art perspective, every small detail has been thought-out in this ultra-modern building. The rooms and public areas are aslo adorned with tasteful modern art and design objets. Convenient parking is available in the basement of the hotel. We'd booked for two nights, but decided to stay a third.
