Review 1：We were there the second year and the hotel changed dramatically- they changed the owners (was with AquaSol, now Marismare) and it affected all - services, equipment, facilities. No more wifi, only in the lobby but can't cope with all people trying to get online. Very poorly equipped kitchen this time, cutlery lacked, broken kettle, very few plates. Constantly leaking aircons with a bad smell out of them. Very old and partly broken bed and sofa. Towels smell and look like grey floor cloth. Very loud music during the day and evenings - not convenient for families with small kids. The pool is very dirty with food and plastic & I saw a guy pouring out white cholric powder rather than filter the water like all decent hotels do.. So now the cost for this quality is extremely high. Should cost 40-50% less now. Won't return there. Definitely

Review 2：Close to the sea. Close to the center, shops and restaurants.

Review 3：Everyday cleaning is ok, but it is needed to tidy up apartment in general: glaze in the bathroom, shelves of kitchen furniture (bad smell inside), and to check sewage. We had the problems with it twice in spite of the fact that we didn`t throw out paper. Old towels should be changed.

Review 4：Good location next to sea. Very nice swimming pool. Animators were quite active. Staff is polite and ready to help.

Review 5：Monster cockroaches! At the beginning we were given a studio just behind the reception - there were 2 enormous cockroaches (5cm) there! Then we required a new studio at the other side of the pool. Alas, we had even bigger cockroach guests just in front of the studio. We will definitely not go there again!

Review 10：The beach is nice and clean, lots of beach activities, and the kitchen has everything you need, also there is a grocey store at the hotel that provides almost everything you need.

Review 11：The beach is not very good. The nearby beach (Sandy Bay) is sandy, but the water is not very clean at the shore line (with a lot of sea weeds and rubbish, especially in the afternoon).

Rooms are soundproof - with a lot of little children around, their crying won't bother you, A good supermarket on the premises. Very nice pool, especially for little children. Very helpful staff. Review 37：We booked a familly, in the description it states two sofa beds.actually it was only one ,it ws not a problem but we had only 2 single quilts for the single beds no sheets for the sofa nor pillows or quilts. I phoned the front office to ask for more linen but was advised that l can not have more linen or pillows as it was a hotel policy so we gave the quilts to the children and me and my hubby slepped only with the bed covers. As we travelled begining of February for me this is just outrageous.I have phoned 10 days before l go and asked if the apt has all the above and was informed that it does...

Review 40：i was very surprised although I shouldn't have been, but it was ideal for long and short term stayers, everything from crockery, microwave even to the iron and hairdryer, furnishings were great and comfortable , the room was larger than it looked in the photo, the description was a view of the garden I assumed it was on the ground floor, this meant it was a balcony free internet in the rooms were fab , the gym is basic but ok for quick workout and indoor pool could be a bit warmer thanks to one of the waiting team who helped recharge the battery of my hire car without a 2nd thought big thumbs up

Review 41：Some sea view/beach side apartments perhaps not worth the extra money?! Due to overbooking we were "upgraded" to a sea view apartment for the first 2 nights free of charge. However, we felt our "standard" apartment we moved into on day 3 was actually a lot nicer/brighter etc.

Review 42：Great location right on the beach. Very quiet and family friendly location, but still only 15-20 mins walk from main Ayia napa centre. Plently of restuarants, cafes and shops within 5 minute walk but not many pubs/bars etc so probably most suited for families/older couples rather than younger crowd!

Review 43：The hotel is for families with kids. You only have kids shows at day time and even the eveing show is more for kids. At the time of visit 90% of the hotel guest were families with kids. The gym is very bad, small and not enough equipment.

Review 48：When I made the booking the information was clearly stating family roomwith two sofa beds. When we arrived there was one sofa bed. My two boysdid not want to slip together. So they brought us a tiny ranch bed forthe 12 year old. The sofa bed was broken. So they brough a slightlybigger ranch bed (they said we were lucky they found a big one) for my16 year old The beach infront of the hotel is not good. I would recomendthat you go to the beach on the right hand side of the hotel

Review 65：-Location! It's exactly in the middle between Ayia Napa's two attractions, the square & nissi beach. Had to take taxis to go anywhere. -Had to pay for everything as an extra, room key(apartment for 4 with 1 key), sea beds & umbrellas,.. -2 shorts were stolen from the balconies of 2 different rooms & staff said they couldn't do anything. -Reception staff are not the friendliest. -Could be suitable for families but definitely not for youth!

Review 68：Very nice apartment hotel. Our family of 4 stayed for a fortnight in a double room apartment in mid-August. The village comprises of 2-store buildings with 8 apartments in each surrounded by a park (a big advantage in Cyprus). The hotel area has a large pool, SPA, resaurant, and a supermarket. Location is just perfect: one can easily access the famous sandy Nissi beach (about 15 min walk) as well as Aya Napa city center (about 30-40min walk). Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was performed 5 days a week (except for Sun and Wed). Two large towels were provided per a guest.

Review 69：Its a great location for familiy that like summer resorts with beach/pool activities. The units are are not luxurios but it very confortable with the 1 bedroom units perfect for family with young kids. This was our 2nd time in Callisto and we will be coming back.

The whole area is in flora, you will not find such an amount of it in any other place. The menu in the restaurant is perfect, each day national cuisine of some country, high rate service and animation.
