Review 1：The hot water only worked some hours of the day. There were only portable heaters, but it wasn't that cold when I was there so it was not a ptoblem.
Review 2：Good place, comfortable, decent breakfast.
Review 3：I think the cleaning of the wardrobe and of the bathroom were not that good. Nothing so bad that you can't use, but... I expected more of it.
Review 4：The owner Circe and her husband are very sweet and ready to attend you. They do their best to keep you in comfort and to have a great stay in Osorno.

Review 20：Staff were unfriendly. The night we arrived there was a party until 0400hrs and very noisy. The host made us feel as she was doing a favour all the time! No hot water.
Review 21：We had rent a cabana in order to prepare our own meals. However, it wasso dirty that we decided to eat at a restaurant. The price of the cabanais hight compared to the quality provided. Even making coffee was notpossible as the watercooker was also very dirty.
