Review 1：The towels were insufficient to provide all the guests.I had to go to the second floor twice (at the gym) and never had available, besides it should be closer to the pool. I also didn't feel comfortable with the people coming from the convention while we were in the pool and had a party around us. Ohhhh and the pool next to the bar was always covered of leaves.

Review 10：- Excellent location, away from overcrowded Rodadero and Santa Marta. 5 min drive from the airport. - Clean hotel beach 2 steps from the room, two swimming pools at the territory of the hotel, and a gym - Variety of breakfast meals - First we took bungalow, but there was a terrible noise from the airconditioner external block behind the wall. Next day we asked to move us to another room. As the hotel was half-emplty the administrator (thank you!) let us choose the room we liked. No problems further! - Room cleanliness, nice staff - Advice for guests: don't forget to take one of the tours to Tayrona Park - beautiful place!

Review 26：The food wasn't that great, and not worth the money they charge, except for the breakfast buffet. There aren't many places nearby to go for lunch/dinner so you're really stuck with them if you don't want to go far. If you're keen however you can get a taxi to Rodadero which is only 10' away. Make sure you ask the hotel staff how much the fare is because most drivers want to overcharge you if you don't know how much it normally is.
Review 27：The location was great for us as we wanted to be away from the crowds. The bungalows are right on the beach with decks for the guests only a few meters away from our front door which was really nice, not having to walk far to find a good spot. As it wasn't particularly busy there weren't many vendors as there always are in Rodadero or other more crowded beaches but you still have to be prepared to say no to them several times a day! However, it was handy to find a guy who would sell beers and sodas at half the hotel's price without even have to move from our decks! This is a great place to stay with family especially with children since you have all the comfort you want without having to move a finger. Plus you don't have to put up with loud parties or noisy bars nearby, especially if you're not planning to visit them. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The sea water is dirty (about 30cm underwater visibility). The hotel food is overpriced - we chose to eat outside. A great number of salespeople on the beach hassling you non-stop.

Review 36：At the check in we were told that our room category was not availableso we have been downgraded to a lower category. The room we got washumid and very old, we changed after one night. The beach was dirtyand the service from the beach staff was horrible, the first day notenough chairs for evrybody, the swimming pool bar side was dirty mostof the time and the drinks ordered from the bar have been forgotten acouple of times!
