Review 5：Near to the airport but far enough away not to be pestered by overhead planes. Very large hotel and all rooms are soundproofed or seemed it. It was a quiet hotel, food excellent and staff attentative. Cost 17 Euros for taxi to hotel from airport. In an industrial area and so had to pay a further 25 Euros to get into main town area.

Review 7：This is one of the best hotels I age stayed for a long time. A room is of a good size with a panaramic window. A lot of attention is given to small details. Ambiance of the hotel makes you comfortable.

And being in 5 min to airport, it's 20 min on taxi to Konigsallee. And. If you want to try how it may be living in a luxury 65 sq m with a real living room, real luxury bath - this is the most affordable way to do it.

Review 10：Rude waitress chased after us due to not knowing we had to pay. We thought it would be on our room, but how she dealt with it was appalling. Breakfast should be included.

Review 20：There is no shuttle for the airport, which is not acceptable for an "airport hotel". They say it is only 4km from the airport, but takes a 12 € taxi ride to go to departure. Also the staff is not willing to help much on any kind of request.

Review 36：Too too pricey breakfast- 25EUR p.p makes my stay 50 EUR more expensive. 25 EUR is a way to much for one piece of bread, brie cheese, coffee and juice that I prefer. 2nd day there was no brie cheese only 2 cheese selections like gouda. Normally it is 5-6 different kinds. When I pay breakfast 25 EUR I expect to have the same every day.

Review 37：Great location, very fancy and stylish hotel. Everything is huge, from very big rooms, toilets including shower + bathtub, large lobby, great breakfast room/ restaurant. Even elevators are comfortable and very quick and quiet. Staff is polite, friendly. Definitely hotel like 5* stars, not even to be compared with other 4* star hotels in surrounding- I have tried 3 different and compared with this one they were terrible. Great variety for breakfast. Location very convenient if you are visiting expo (but with car or taxi).

The Hotel is a good way from the Airport. it is the First Big Hotel I have been to that does not have a shuttle Bus for guests. Although our Room was lovely and modern. Their was a smell of drains in the Bathroom. the Hotel is quite rural and their are no nearby cafes or transport links.So it compromised our weekend.

Review 57：First, the room it show in the booking different than the one they give it to us it's to small single bed together second , they said they don't have a baby cot because the hotel is full as they said and because of that we will give you Astra bed .we thout it's kind of there service because they come to our room and suggest that . They didn't mention that in that time and when we checkout also . After we received msg that they deduct from the credit. Not the money is important but they way you deal is more important and the tell the customer the truth . And when we talk to them they said we forget and this is your problem and what you want naw . Very upset of they behave .
