Reviews for Maison Hovington
Review 1:The bathroom. No shower handle. No bathtub curtains, and there is a sign that warns you of spilling water on the floor. The towels leave cotton residues all over your body.
Review 2:Bathroom a bit small but that may have just been our room. Wifi weak.
Review 3:Great location. Owners very helpful with booking tours and finding accommodation elsewhere when we wanted to extend our stay in Tadoussac but their property full. Lovely breakfast. Free parking.
Review 4:The hostess who met us was very businesslike. The proprietors were very warm and welcoming and told us about the community of Tadoussac and a bit of the history. They really made our stay a pleasure.
Review 5:Beds were a little uncomfortable and woke up with a sore back. Taking a shower was a little tricky considering that there was no shower head and not much room to put shampoo and other toiletries.
Review 6:The staff was very kind and the breakfast was varied and very tasty. The BB is very quaint and is exactly what a town like Tadoussac should have as accommodations.
Review 7:Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Host arranged our whale watching cruise when we checked in and we were picked up at the door. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was very good, a hot dish, cheeses, and a large buffet of breads.
Review 8:Our bathroom was a little tight...
Review 9:Beautiful B&B with fantastic view of Tadoussac Bay. Very helpful hostess for all our whale watching and Saguenay Fjord cruise bookings. Comfy queen bed. Excellent breakfast too.
Review 10:We did not get the room we booked. The owner said that we keep changing the arrival date. The room was poor, bed was so uncomfortable, the floor making notice when we walk. The bath room equip with bath tap next to the bath was the sign "do not use too much hot water". Breakfast was average.
Review 11:Nothing
Review 12:No free internet even though advertised as free. NO where to sit other than your little bedroom. No tea or coffee provided. Buffet breakfast & not a served breakfast.
Review 13:The old house.
Review 14:I cannot say "the staff", because there are just very hospital and friendly owners. The breakfast is family style - everybody (there are just several rooms) sits at one big table with a lot of tasty and home-made stuff on it. The stories about Quebec are very appreciated! We liked everything!
