Review 1：This is not a five star hotel more like a three. Hotels and rooms are outdated, need to be refurbished. Common areas and bathrooms are dirty. We have a lot's of problems in the room. The first day was a heating problem. The room was so cold. The second day the bathroom was flooded. We have a nice waterfall from the ceiling... So many dirty cats in the garden! They are so aggressive, be aware! Outdoor pool is not heated. Indoor jakuzzi was so cold.

Review 11：Everything was very nice and comfortable, all members of the staff were very nice to us. There was some construction done in the hotel next door and our room was changed to a quieter one per our request with no problems. The breakfast and the facilities were great and we had a lovely stay. The timing of our stay was in December, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in the hotel, although the off-season time meant that the town was deserted and only few places were open.

Review 12：Privacy is an issue, one person knocked on the door giving away chocolates, I said just a minute, she just walked in. We arrive at he room in the afternoon and someone was in there cleaning when we wanted some peace. The wifi constantly locked you out asking you to login over again. The key was invalid 30 minutes before were due to vacate room. One of the bowls in the bathroom was cracked. Food and drink at the bars and restaurants were very expensive.

Review 18：Some areas need up date such as playground also most places could do with a paint. Disappointed with the evening restaurant it was far too busy and too many tables and chairs which meant customers and staff pushing past our chairs and being hit on the head and back a few times. Food was well presented and well service by staff but often cold and vegetables were hard. Beds were hard and pillows were terrible. Room service wasn't good, we waited 20mins for milk.

Review 22：The sofa was very uncomfortable for sleeping: very old, crunching and with ants behind and on it. After we asked the staff to spray, the ants disappeared. Outside the room in the halls on our floor (2) and the lift hall on the pool level there was constant inpleasant smell and we could hardly breathe there.

Review 24：It's not a 5 star hotel, it's a better equipped but little worn 3 star hotel. It must have been a good hotel decades ago, but those decades have gone by almost without any change or development. Beach equipment is the most disappointing of all: run down, dirty sunbeds, ugly umbrellas, worn towels and pool. Very very far from what you expect from a 5 star beach resort. Garden is nearly completely not taken care of, dirty, plants grow as they wish, grass is ugly. We didn't spend one single day on the premises, it just didn't feel good to be there, every day we'd drive and visit other areas of the island. Annoying custom in the restaurants and bars: you have to sign for every single order in advance even if you sit there for 2 hours, totally crazy! In the beach bar you cannot order food from the 10 meter away grill restaurant, you must walk over there yourself to order and again go back to pick up the good personally. Totally crazy in a supposedly 5 star resort. Grill restaurant was supposed to open at noon, instead opened at half past and it took another half an hour to prepare a simple gyros.

Review 25：Kind, polite, competent staff. The reception is world class, speaking many languages and solving any issues that come up, meanwhile remaining totally calm and friendly. Good location, a nice walking distance on the beach to the harbour, best beach in the area. General cleanliness. Fish restaurant is excellent, great fish and salads. Wi-Fi worked well, was quick and functioning.

Review 26：There wasn't much variety of food on the pool bar, and the hotel is very overpriced.

Review 27：We had a lovely room on the ground floor overlooking the pool which was very comfortable, but there was stairs everywhere even to get to the ground floor which was inconvenient since we had a baby in a stroller. The pool and the beach are lovely and the hotel location in excellent, a short walk to the centre with lots of shops and restaurants around.

Review 40：Hotel is not worth five stars and therefore the price is too high for such poor service cleanliness needs to be improved, all but the room needs to urgently clean beach that office pool to clean it!!!!!!!

Review 41：Wifi is poor due to high number of users, so you can use it just after midnight and early morning when everyone is sleeping. Front desk stuff are a bit rude because they are over loaded. Everything else is just great and surely will return.

Review 49：the hotel offered a complimentary bottle of water in the room of a cypriot brand, which was not even sealed and was simply refilled with tap water instead.. the towels were extremely old and rough. i was asked to pay for my stay at my check in- never been asked for something like this from a 5 star hotel....not even a credit card guarantee. wanted me to pay for my stay

Review 50：Attention to management:Our stay was 11 June 2015. At the pool area you have two places (next to each other) where you can have something to drink / eat. The grill bar and the beach bar. In the afternoon around 15:00 we ordered from the menu of the grill bar (since pool bar menu is very limited and only has snacks) and although both facilities are next to each other and there was 10 people of staff just standing around and doing nothing, we had to go to the grill bar ourselves to order our food, received a buzzer and had to go back to collect our food when it was ready. For some strange reason (hotel policy) staff did not want to help us (5* hotel where we paid € 200,- for one night...) (we wanted to eat at the pool bar since it has nice sea view and nice sofa's which the grill bar does not have) Then the gril bar forgot to add the dressing to the Caesar Salad and we asked the staff at the pool bar if they could get it, and they didn't want to and wanted me to get it myself. The quality of the food was also poor, very big chunks of very dry chicken breast on a Caesar Salad instead of nice tenderloin cooked stripes of chicken and everything was served in plastic with plastic cutlery (?) Dear management, we do not understand the reason for this and did not experience 5* service here at all, really a pity because we had the feeling that your staff is really willing to help but you instructed them not to and nobody could explain why not which is disappointing...

Review 56：- Bad service (breakfast, pool, spa, etc.) - Rather dirty: after checking-in I found hair from previous guests in my bathroom. I called reception and houskeeping asking them to send someone to clean it up, but it never happened. After 3 days of calling i had to buy a washing powder to clean and desinfect the bath tub myself. - Quality of food at breakfast: a few times we were offered leftovers from previous days, i.e. a mix of rotten fruits with insects on them. Terrible coffee, pour selection of food for so called 5* hotel. - It is definitely not a 5* hotel. Probably it was like this back in 70s when it was built, but now our stay there was a rather disappointing experience.

Review 59：You have to get a Sea View room otherwise there is no point to stay here. It seemed the west wing might have had more offering? Breakfast is compulsory it seems and has typical buffet offering (eggs, bacon, cheese, toast, cereals etc), don't bother with half board (unless you need lunch and you can use your evening meal on the day). Pool is large with plenty of loungers and they have a good system in place for securing loungers on the beach side (you can also get service whilst there; drinks, snacks brought to you). The room was spacious and clean, the bed was not to my liking in terms of comfort (way too soft) and there was no substance to the pillows but I slept fine each night mostly because of the quiet surroundings. The shower was decent enough. They didn't supply an Iron (but they have a room you can use). The wifi is good and works throughout the hotel without any issues. There are restaurants close by; try Sage or the tavern done an edible mixed grill.

Review 80：The old building of the hotel didnot show a high standard for a five star hotel. We have been to four star hotels in Ayia Napa and the deco and the buildings were much more recently done with all new modern furniture, building materials. Doors of the hotel rooms and bath room doors were made in such a old fashion way that you feel like you are in a old building. The bar staff need a good training as no paper serviettes nor any other cleaning stuff were given to us to clean our hands nor any nuts,chips to go with our drinks. We had to put our rubbish on the table and leave. Not very nice for a five star hotel.

Review 88：I have not been in a 5 star hotel before but I've been in 3 and 4 star hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel, maybe was 20 years ago. The place needs a complete renovation. It doesn't give the feeling of a 5 star hotel. You can find newer and better hotels than these in Cyprus with less stars offering the same quality and even better.

Review 89：I liked the location, it is next to a beautiful beachs with view to Ayia Napa port. Breakfast was nice but definitely has room for improvement (larger variety). Only 5 minutes walk from the centre.

Review 100：Everything! Beach is clean. Room has all the comforts. Free fresh fruits in the room and one bottle of water free. It was my anniversary and they suprised us with sparkling wine as a gift. The hotel also have beach club, they give you beach towels every day for free and you reserve beds at pool or at beach. The staff is friendly and ready to help you anytime. Prices at the hotel is logical. Plus they have free wifi everywhere. We will come back for sure!

Review 101：This is definitively not a 5 star hotel by no international standard may be best a 3 star. Rooms were substandard and house keeping staff were rude and arrogant. When we expressed our dissatisfaction house keeping tried to defend them selves rather than accomadate the customer. The only hotel on the beach with no beach clock makes it difficult for international clients to check the time.
