Review 1：Naked sauna zone Couldnt make tea in room Rooms are not soundproof (could hear when the family next door was showering etc.)

Review 3：1. The first night our room was very cold and children had to sleep with hats and sweaters - staff had forgotten to put the heating in the room. 2. Only two nights there was a salad bar for dinner. 3. The hotel is definitely not for families with young children

Review 7：Friendly staff and a wonderfully-situated hotel. Really enjoyed my stay, view from the balcony was amazing and the interior decor was also very nice. Breakfast had many options and there was a possibility of having dinner in the hotel too, although I didn't take that option. The location was spectacular, snow, mountains and a lovely town centre to amble around. Even though I don't ski there was plenty for me to do there. I would fully recommend this hotel.
