Review 1：The food regular, breakfast everyday same, the quality food lunch and dinner very poor, never any natural juice, everything artificial, free drinks and snacks horrible, open bar, we asked for margarita and pineapple cocktail for my wife, never have in store, coca cola never, all licours was the more cheap and bad quality in the market same chirrinchi or mata raton. Very bad experience .... Air accondicionado 25 degrees, no control for tv no control for air, the air make a lot noise???? we didn't sleep properly, we made big misteke. In reception and tv area waiting to many hours because room was busy, no air accondicionado, no ventilator, very hot area and smaller, too many people, more that normal waiting we all staff out. Oldest and children. Never in my life see something similar... Only the owners make a lot money but never spend something to bring good service...

Review 3：- Towels were not prepared for 2 day and it took 2 hrs to be prepared - employees of the hotel was not kind - the room and bed covers were dirty - bathroom was dirty
Review 4：My experience was horrible since the first day, when we arrive to the hotel they can't find my reservation then my rooms wasn't available until 10 pm we arrive at 1pm, we stay four days and just one day the staff clean the room (a lot of hair I the floor left the mop) no toilet paper nor towels we had to request those in the front desk every day. The rooms too small I requested two rooms (quintuple and triple) overall was a horrible experience I never go back to San andres either any blue cove hotel
Review 5：The Service was really bad. Specially the food service. Launch anddinner were the same, there was no refill. It rub out of food easily. Westayed 4 days and the menu was extremely repetitive! We never had anysnak because they run out of them. The swimming pool was close at 6pm.Really early!!! We had to complain in order to use it later..
Review 6：I liked very much the building, the pool, the rooms, and specially theNatural pool it has in the Cove. This is an amazing thing.
