Review 1：No drawer space at all. Heavy ornament over bed was not fixed securely to wall - no rawlplugs. Fire escape notice hidden in hanging shelves rather than being displayed on door. Restaurant charged high price for tap water. Restaurant tables wobbled on uneven floor. Unhelpful staff

Review 8：I booked one of the Superior rooms for two people but my partner could not attend with me. I had to argue with the hotel to reduce the rate to be charged for one person occupying the room rather than two. The desk staff were in agreement with me overall but the owner would not budge even though the rates were clearly different and his own staff wanted were willing to charge me the rate for single occupancy. In fact the owner would not even talk to me face to face - he stayed in the back room and then avoided me when he came out.....needless to say extraordinarily childish behavior. The superior room I booked faced the road and the insulation around the windows was less than perfect so you can still hear the traffic on the main road. The furnishings in the room had a nice aesthetic but from a pragmatic standpoint you can't use the desk because it's so low to the ground (Japanese style). I was there for a wedding and after comparing with other guests staying around St Moritz I don't think the hotel is good value on a comparative level for St Moritz. I would never stay here again.

Review 10：Room was a superior plus but we did not rate it as this as it was small roomwith a fire escape stairway across the window view and a tiny shower room with no bath. Food in restaurant was very poor over salty expensive bland and over cooked.
