Review 17：An outstanding hotel! A very luxurious experience with all the facilities the hotel offers. The staff are very friendly, the services provided are outstanding, very fast check-in and check-out. I received a treat in my room just 5 minutes after checking, the personal assistant service was very impressive, from suggesting places to visit, to getting my medicine as well, the staff were exceptional from the front door, front office, concierge, everyone! You would feel that you are truly welcomed and would guarantee getting a luxe service.

Review 25：Since there was no tables in hotel restaurant, we sked "personal assistant" to recomend some restaurant in the city, She told us to wait at hotel lobby, we asked also to fix wifi as it didnt work using our name and room no, She said She will be in 5 minutes, after 30 minutes we realised that she will never come so we decided to order something in the lobby, after 20 minutes of waiting somebody took care of us finally and took order, food was really nice it would be a sin to say no. after check out on the airport when i checked invoice, i realised that my bill was over twice bigger then i signed in hotel, i wrote email to hotel, then again and again and after 4th i decided to call and then finally i recieved anwser that it was problem in the system and that i will recieve money back on credit card, hope i will.
