Review 14：Our twin bed room was quite small and interior functional. The hotel is good for an overnight stay near St Mortiz if you don't want to pay the St Moritz prices, but we didn't feel anything charming about it. Breakfast OK, but not too varied.

Review 20：The room we had was quite large with a beautiful view of the mountains. The shower room was a good size and well laid out. The mattresses were firm but comfy.

Review 21：The heater was not working at night. Not sure if it the normal practice or not in Swiss to save energy/money. We informed the lady at the counter and she said she will turn the heater up for us but when we returned to our room at night, did not feel any difference.

Review 23：It is located quite near to Celerina train station and to the ski area. The staff is extremely helpful. They provided detailed information to all my enquires through emails before I arrived the hotel. Whenever I asked for assistance during my stay in the hotel, they would respond promptly with courteous service.

Review 24：The staff washed our clothing upon requested and in the process damaged4 of my wife's garments beyond repair through the mixing of colours.The clothes were given back after a whole day still wet, unfolded anddamaged. I would like the hotel to respond and refund me our damages.

Review 28：Location: the hotel is literally 10 mins from the train atation andfromthe ski lift which gives access tothe Corviglia ski domaine-perfect. It is also 5 mins from the bus stop to give you access to theCorvastch and Diavolezza ski domains as well, and all at a location in abeautiful chocolate box Swiss village that is 30-50% cheaper thanstaying inSt Moritz proper.Staff: Helpful, multilingual, warm, friendly and flexible. Okay, so my Swiss German and Romantch and Italian are all terrible (well....- non-existant! :-) But it did not stop the fantastic staff from answering all my questions and going the extra mile (calling, checking on the web and printing off the bus schedule) to make sure that I could make it to night skiing in Corvastch (A world class experience that MUST NOT BE MISSED if you visit the St Moritz area!!). Really world class service and staff- Full marks... Value: For CHF115 or so I got a warm, immaculately clean, private room and bathroom with a pretty view, access to a secured ski and boot storage room and breakfast. Same price in St Moritz normally gives you a dormitory situation- especially in high season. Add a 4 course dinner for another CHF20-30 per night got me a (note- a plate of penne is routinely CHF20-30 and a cappuccino can set you back CHF5-6 no problem) and the value here for a classic ski vacation in St Moritz is ovbious and exceptional.
