Review 1：Landed in a room with 2 twin beds accidentally. Single towel in the bathroom. Single body-wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser instead of labelled, separate ones of each. Hot tub was lukewarm.

Review 2：At the bottom of the funicular (great!) next to a rental shop. Beautiful balcony and view of the mountain.

Review 3：(lack of) Sound insulation was apparent due to the block of reserved rooms next to me occupied by a teenage ski school who seemed to have a hard time controlling the VOLUMUE OF THEIR EXCITEMENT at 7am.

Review 6：Great that hotel was able to pick us up and drop us off to bus stop, helpful staff. Excellent location, right opposite major ski lift. Spa was a bonus but too small when other guests are there as well. Comfortable bed.

Review 7：Hot tub was not functioning properly. Provided soap was awful - almost like it was stale (didn't know this was even possible). Bring your own soap!!

Review 8：Right across from the main lift makes this the most ideally located place I've stayed in Saas Fee. The views from the hotel room were outstanding.

Review 9：Room on the upper (5th) floor quite noisy due to the lift engine being right next to it. I.e you'll wake up as soon as the first person uses the lift and you'll keep on waking up... even a combination of ear plugs and noise cancelling head phones does not help.

Review 15：We were picked up at the station 3 minutes after arrival by the friendly and attentive owner. Warm and spotless hotel. Excellent, fresh breakfast. Sat at the bar one evening after skiing and enjoyed a glass of wine. Daily maid service in the rooms. Excellent ski room. Location couldn't be better. Right next to Alpine Express lift yet quiet in the evening. Quick walk to many excellent restaurants. Free wifi. This hotel is excellent and highly recommended for a weekend, short stay or anyone who does not want to bother with a chalet. We were reluctant in the past to use the hotels but we will definitely come back! Thank you!

Review 30：Breakfast was fine, but the dinner we had on our first night was quite basic, although very reasonably priced. We ate elsewhere in the village for the rest of the week.

Review 31：Spacious room (#315) with a large sun terrace and great view. Big screen TV with a good selection of satellite channels (many English language) and excellent wi-fi in the room. Prices are in Swiss Francs but when paying cash in Euros the owner guarantees a 1.30 exchange rate (actual rate was 1.21). Helps to offset the very strong Swiss currency.

Review 32：The evening meal was not on a par with the breakfast but you have to take into account it was only SF30 so was fairly good value for money though some of the food was rather rich for my taste.

Great ski lockers for each room set your own combination. Not overpriced for half board meal option good value and saves on eating out. Nice bar. My second visit would return again.

Review 36：Really friendly and helpful owner. Very specious room, and wooden floor and furniture gives us very warm feeling. We can get 4 course dinner with additional 30CHF, which is really valuable considering its high price in Swiss. Spa area is really nice to relax after a whole-day hiking.

Review 40：The hotel is located oposite Alpin Express so you can ski almost back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner Ivano was keen to accomodate our extra requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy. We also had dinner in the hotel and it works out to be the cheapest dinner in town as for CHF30 we had a four course meal with salad. The dinner needs to be prebooked in the morning. There is the Cesar ski rental next door and the guests of the hotel get 10% discount so there is no need to go to other ski rentals.

Saas-Fee is a car-free village. Please call the hotel from the parking block at the entrance to the village or from the bus station and your luggage will be picked up.Please note that cable cars for summer skiing are not available free of charge during summer season.
