Review 1：No bad experience but the room has a coffee machine in and not the option for tea as I had expected from the advertising, but staff brought what was needed with no problem. And all rooms have showers no baths so if that is important to you bear that in mind though the spa pool is so hot it's very soothing with massage water jets in tiled Seats etc so this makes up for that.

Review 2：The boutique hotel is small but beautiful and the spa area so relaxing and stylish the pool is so hot with beds in it, not for swimming but so soothing .All staff were incredibly nice and couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. The food was excellent 5star quality our friends in other hotels came to us to eat as their food was not good . The hotel is in a lovely area with great shops and cafes to wander around ,also some fab art and architecture places. The hotel provide delicious food gifts each evening which was a lovely touch and top notch quality, always enjoyed! Our room was over looking the back of the hotel and so palm trees and rooftops plus a bit of the courtyard garden which is lit up prettily in the evenings, we stayed in August which is spring time and so the sun shades over the garden where not out, in summer they might restrict the view a bit but it was quiet as on the back of the hotel front view rooms would look out onto the shops.

Review 3：Smell in the lobby and garage. The fact that they charged me USD 3 for an expresso that I made with the machine in my room. It was not clear this was considered a minibar item.

Review 10：Absolutely everyone and everything here was fantastic. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, some of the best service we had ever experienced and we travel very frequently. The spa was so relaxing and a vacation in itself. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were very comfortable with excellent linens and the breakfast was delicious as well.

Review 12：Beautiful Hotel with a great location. 10 minute walk to the beach. Shopping, cafes, restaurants nearby. Staff is very helpful. The spa is amazing. Very relaxing and theraputic like. The rooms are very clean. Detail in the design of the hotel is very chic and most importantly, the bathroom was very very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The cleaning staff really takes care of the hotel and it shows.

Review 14：We have travelled the world staying in many of the worlds top hotels, and the Saint Jeanne is up there with the very best. I was playing polo in Mar Del Plata and wanted somewhere nice for my wife and 7 month old to enjoy. The spa facilities were sensational, local area fantastic, the staff all went that extra mile and made us feel very special, the hotel was a true boutique 5 star that excelled in everything, amazing rooms, food, drinks. The bar / restaurant staff (Claudio and the rest of the team) were amazing, receptionists fantastic, the manager Patricia, Sergio who ran housekeeping, I couldn't mention enough to say how thankful I am for making our trip one of the best holidays we have had. If your looking for somewhere that little bit special then Sainte Jeane is the place.. We will definitely be returning!
