Review 1：For a 5 star hotel, its the small things that make a difference. So Ican be picky! I stayed there with my 2 kids.- We arrived by car, parked it on the hotel parking and carried our luggage to the reception. There was nobody there to help - checking in took a while as there was initially nobody there. - I communicated my car registration number twice to the lady at the reception. She gave me a parking permit and asked me to go and place it in the car. I asked her if someone could do that for me, but then she said it wasn't necessary - the SPA officially closes at 8pm. At 7.50pm my daughter (the younger of my 2 kids) was told by the spa lady that we would have to leave. we didn't have much time there as we only arrived at 7pm - we could not use the SPA the following morning as it only opens at 3pm - the single rooms are small, double rooms ok. - we were not given adjoining rooms despite the fact that the occupancy rate that evening was max 15% - the mini-bars were all empty. Instead inside the fridges there were signs indicating the phone number where one could call for drinks - No fresh juices for breakfast - at check-out, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip| So overall for a 5 star hotel I was very disappointed and we were certainly not treated like royalty as one reviewer was!

Review 10：The hotel is in Cellerina so you would need to take the bus or train togo to St moritz , it is 5min , The spa is nude place so could not use it
Review 11：The hotel is beautiful from inside and out side a very nice garden anddeserves it name of a palace as it looks like one I was sent a porter tocarry my language from the train station and same when I left The staffwas very helpful and courteous, breakfast was great and rich I havereally enjoyed my stay a plus is the chocolate bar put the room
