Review 1：More towels needed in bathroom. There was no floor mat and no hand towel.

Review 3：I went to the restaurant for breakfast at 0815 and there was no sign of anyone nor food laid out. I didn't have time to chase out the reasons as I needed to leave hotel by 0900.

Review 5：Really difficult to get a taxi as you have to go around the back of the hotel and walk a little- staff will not help to arrange one. Also really loud music being played in the hallways from about 6 in the morning which they will not turn down- take ear plugs!

Review 9：Cleanliness and the whole room. The receptionist transferred us in de luxe because there is no vacant room. Which is better for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Review 10：No vending machines or commissary on site and I did not feel safe walking about the neighborhood after dark, so the on site restaurant was my only option for food. I went to the restaurant twice, waited over 5 minutes for someone to seat me, there was no one in sight (no customers and no employees) so I left. On the day I checked out I found the main clerk to be pushy and unhelpful. I was trying to review my bill and I thought there may have been an error on the charges. He just kept pointing to the signature line and saying "Just sign here madam, it will be fine, I assure you!!". I merely wanted an explanation and to review the charges. He just belligerently kept repeating himself..."Just sign here madam....!!". My taxi was waiting and I had to catch a flight, so I just gave up. Very frustrating.

Review 12：I pay using my crdiet card and they deduct double of the amount saying they take it as gurantee and they forget to relase it and this happen to me twice I willnt go there again

Review 15：Light switches are not easy to understand. We could not switch off two of them and had to cover the table lamp with a towel. Didn't wish to disturb the staff to come and switch them off... else they would have done for sure :)
