Review 2：Within walking distance of all facilities. Top class restaurant and friendly staff. Plenty of sights within hours drive in car. The train goes to interesting places, too.

Review 6：A complete change of staff from the previous years we have been coming to this hotel. Out have gone the friendly, cooperative and mature members of staff, to be replaced with youngsters who are not so user friendly to the customer. Still no lift in this hotel. Not suitable for older less mobile customers.

Review 13：Best position in the town, the setting was beautiful. Very good value for money. We stayed in a double room which was a good size with a lovely balcony overlooking town and mountain. The hotel was at least half the cost of other hotels when I was choosing accommodation, it really stood out as the best choice in town.

Review 17：Room with a terrace, nice in summer I presume. Hotel with superaccomodation and delicious breakfast in citycenter: 400m fromtrainstation and 20 m from busstop. Nebelhorn cablelift 10 minutes walk,Fellhorn cablelift 20 minutes from railwaystation by free bus if you areski-equipped. Ski-equipment for hire and to depot for a bargain at ntcby the "Neberhorn Talstation" - even combinated with skipass,soooo great!!! I can really recommend Oberstdorf and this hotel!
Review 18：Grumpy owner, restaurant didn't serve food after 9.30, place had a "badvibe" as if all the staff were afraid of the owner. Made me feeluncomfortable. With so much choice in the town I'd look elsewhere first.

Central pedestrianisedlocation, excellent friendly staff, good food (breakfast is to die for)and reasonable room rates. Wi-fi is now available in all rooms at a costof Eur 5.00 per week.

The breakfast is simply great! Staff people and owners are so kind, whatever you ask they help immediately. The location is perfect: 5 min to the railway and bus station, and everything you need is nearly. The view from the terrace is incredible, directly on mountains. Next time coming to Oberstdorf we'll stay at this hotel definitely!
