Review 2：Friendly and helpful staff. Location location location. Good breakfast. We hired a motorbike from the hotel and all went well.

Review 3：The staff told me I should stay at the Hotel Portobelo Plaza and not at Portobelo Beach! The furniture is old and partially broken!

Review 13：The hotel is actually 3 different hotels and the photos are from thesmallest and cutiest one. They mix all the rooms in all the locationsand in our case we were inside an old hotel, with very bad servicesand location.

Review 15：I have been in 2 rooms: 1 room had very small window on the top of thewall (like a prison) and it was not very clean. I would say it wasunacceptable. The second was much better, as it had a window and seemedcleaner, but in front of the window there were a few loud terminals ofthe air con, leaving you with the impression you were sleeping in anaircraft. Ah, and yes, if course you need to keep the window close, oryou may get te heat of those terminals. Being in a tropical island, thehotel sale point was being in front of the sea; well sleeping there youhave the impression to be in the suburb of Bogota. Breakfats reserved mea surprise; a rotten egg! Obviosly I spitted it out, but the smell andtaste will be with me for days to come. Staff is kind, and this is good,however, albeit I have been in a much worse hotel in San Andres, overallthis is not a good place to stay, expecially for the price you pay (252mil pesos/ night).
