Review 1：Book king bed size and they join two single bed together, that not confertble in sleeping. Bad bathroom not clean and bad smill

Review 5：Very expensive for what it is. The 2 bed 2 baths flat smelled cigarets and was not very clean. The kitchen had no equipment at all. Decoration and furniture too old and need to be updated.

Review 6：Upgraded to a large 2 bedroom suite which we did not need and found out the reason was because all the twin rooms which we booked were filled. The room was quite dirty, couch had large stains, walls were all stained, black mold in the bathroom. Had to pay an double the tourism fee because it was a 2 bedroom which we did not want

Review 8：Staff were reallly hungry. We have early checking, We advise before but when We arrive from a 12 hours fligth they make us to wait in lobby for 1 hour. They give us a smoking room ( i book a non smoking) And the staff were reallly discasting.

Review 28：We stayed in a suite for two weeks and normal room for one week. The suite was badly cleaned. We saw them use the towels we had used for cleaning the kitchen table. Towels left on the floor were folded again and positioned as if they were new. When we moved to the smaller room the cleaning was fine. Guess it depends on which floor you're staying

Review 39：The room was too cold. I called front desk to ask if they can change the temperature and make it warmer, and was told it's not a problem, but nothing happened. When I called again, I was told that they can't do anything about it; they should have communicated that the 1St time. So I just switched off the AC, but housekeeping kept switching it back on. The water was lukewarm, and unpleasant to bath with, especially when the room is freezing. I asked for a wakeup call one morning, which was done, but was absolutely unnecessary the following morning as I didn't ask for it.

Thats what i liked the most, suite was big and specious. Housekeeping was good and room was clean everyday. Hotel restaurant "Rangeela" was nice atmosphere and food was tasteful. Would like to stay more. Actually this hotel was where i met my wife for the first time. So it will always be my first choice for Dubai. :)

Review 94：Room service and concierge can be improved. Slippers were provided on the third day and after third request only. Concierge confused time to wake me up and did not order the transfer to the airport. The rest - everything is just fine.

Review 133：First I would like to thank Miss Farah who is Morrocan, who is such a polite and kind receptionist. My daughter loved. We met her at check in and check out. Another employee, an Egyptian guy who cleaned our room. was helpful and polite. It's our second stay at Copthorne as a family and we booked the Deluxe suite like last time. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the place, especially beacuse of the balcony, we stayed at 8.th floor this time and the size of the suite in general. Deira City Center is close, which is great. The Metro station as well but we did'nt use it this time. I'll definitely suggest this Hotel to family and friends.

The facilities provided were excellent. The staff were generally courteous, friendly and helpful. There were free shuttle services to various malls and the beach. There was Complimentary juice to welcome you at the reception upon arrival. The hotel had a lovely pool, spa, sauna and gym which were all free for use except for the spa. Guests were treated with utmost respect and staff were highly professional and ethical in their work and conduct. Room service was prompt and satisfactory. Requests were attended to promptly. Everything was just right and excellent with the entire services provided at this hotel. I rate it 100 percent.
