Review 1：No Cleenex in the bathroom. Very thin walls. One hears almost everything!! Maintenance team working doing noisy jobs already before 10AM. Testing sprinklers near the pool and chasing people away. Sauna and steam bath were out of service. Scottish shower...well...if a few nozzles more means that...so a disappointing SPA for people who would use it still in summer time.
Review 2：Fantastic view from room, restaurant and swimming pool. Heated swimming pool was very relaxing.
Review 3：Staff was not friendly and not helpful. We had to carry our luggage from our car to the room. Nobody asked if we needed help.

Review 5：We arrived late in the evening by taxi from the bus terminal (from Bariloche) with no Chilean money to pay the driver. The woman at the desk readily gave me the money and I paid the driver. In all the confusion I left a pack in the taxi. Again the people at the desk came to the rescue and I recovered my pack. The man who took our luggage to the room was very friendly and helpful and we had a good conversation in Spanish.
Review 6：The hotel is very modern, clean very well decorated. Outside the hotelbut in the same premses there is a boulevard full of pubs, pizza place,restaurants and great shops awesome. It looks like a small german town !
Review 7：since we arrived on 1 st of january all was closed fitness sauna pool restaurants closed by.. and due to the party it was messy not cleaned up on the outside..glass etc..

Review 24：Big room very comfortable bed. Unobtrusive air conditioning. We were given an upgrade to a top floor room with a great view. Nice bar and a welcome drink on arrival. The restaurant is deservedly considered the best in Osorno. We were lucky enough to chance on the Peruvian Cuisine festival weekend and the food was really outstanding.

Review 27：Personnel doesnot speak English, which is not acceptable for such a big hotel. I asked for the fitness. They didnot understand. Finally, I received an entrance ticket for 'the gym' but they didnot explain that I had to use another elevator because it was situated next door.
